This is the place for◆ healing, retro, and off the beaten track travel! A house in a rainbow pine forest. This is a modern Japanese-style house newly built in January 2024. 2 minutes on foot from the station (airport line), and 5 minutes on foot to the sea, hot springs, and shopping center. You can also enjoy leisure and sports (golf, marine sports, hiking, and touring). Limited to one group per day, so you can use all the space. Right in front of it is Nijii-no-Matsubara, one of Japan's top three Matsubara pine forests. You can also walk to the beach through the pine forest or enjoy cycling. We also support long-term stays. (Price adjustment possible) The room There is a 14-tatami kitchen & dining room, 6-tatami Japanese-style room (additional use of 8-tatami Western-style room when booking for 4 people), toilet, washroom, and shower room. It is a safe, all-electric specification. Appliances 　Air conditioner, electric heater, kotatsu, fridge, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, IH stove (system kitchen), hair dryer, washing machine Kitchen 　Dishes, pots, condiments. It was the best place to stay!First of all, the full kitchen is really convenient, and it is very satisfying for us who are self-catering.All the cooking utensils and dishes were available, and I was able to enjoy cooking with local ingredients.In addition, there were two toilets, so even when staying as a group, morning preparation was smooth.And most of all, the bath was very clean and spacious, and I was able to fully heal from the fatigue of the trip.It's a nicer space than the photos, and I definitely want to come back!

It was the best accommodation reservation I've made through Airbnb so far. Tableware and kitchen utensils such as gas range burners, microwaves, coffee pots, plates/cups are basic, and shower towels, skin lotions, cotton pads, toothbrushes, washing machines, etc... are really thoroughly prepared. It even comes with a mobile phone charging cable. (5-pin, C-type, iPhone, etc.) Also, the host is very friendly and responds quickly. If you are traveling with 5 people, we recommend this accommodation. As described, it's within a 5-minute walk from Akasaka Station, so transportation is convenient. (There are 5 beds, but there are many fluffy blankets, so I think that up to 6 people can sleep if one person sleeps on the floor with a blanket.)

We loved every second at this marvellous place! Takao and Keiko are warm and generous people who welcomed us to their place. They're very experienced hosts and made us feel right at home. The area is rural and exactly what we needed after a few days of Tokyo. Unwinding in the beautiful surroundings felt tremendously good. They even let us use two bikes they had which we made full use of to explore the beautiful beaches and mountain areas close by. We would come back to this place anytime. Highly recommended if you're looking for a nice, clean rural spot.
