The flat is located in a converted detached garage. There are beautiful walks near by. Quayside is approx 10 minutes. The flat is self contained. Bathroom & kitchen has all necessities. Upstairs is a generous size with sofa, TV, table & double bed. Please note - the stairs in the property are steep & may not be suitable for some.

Open plan studio accommodation comprises of a king sized bed, sitting area, shower room, kitchen with 2 burner hob, microwave, coffee machine and larder fridge (no freezer). A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

I had the ensuite room at the top of the house, very nicely furnished and in good condition, bathroom was fresh and very clean. Keith was very helpful and communicative, kindly helped with bags and offered tea and use of his kitchen. Both he and Kristina were very nice. Easy to get into central Ex, very near a bus stop but also very, very quiet location. Thanks for the stay.

Susanna is a wonderful host. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. She gave several very good suggestions about places to see. If I were to come again in this area, I would definitely come back here and pick the largest room, which is cooler in the heat of summer.
