Nice, stylish, comfortable, cozy mini loft, city center, 5 Min walking time to University Metro station through a great park. Oh, I'm Alex, speak English, Ukrainian, Russian. You can see my couple belongings in the apartment closet, do not pay attention. The apartment is full set for a living and enjoy. We are pretty flexible with any contact if you have question or discomfort.

Very warm apartment, center, Lybidska metro station, 132 Velyka Vasylkivska Street Attic. One-room studio apartment. Very warm. Double bed. Located near Lybidska metro station, near Ocean Plaza shopping center. Furshet supermarket is 50 meters from the house. There are parking spaces for the car in the yard. Dishes, necessary furniture, bedding, towels are all available. You can't smoke in the apartment, it's an attic and there are no usual windows.

This industrial loft is located in the heart of the historical center of Kiev, 3 minutes walking distance from metro station Olimpiyskiy stadium, on the 4th floor of a tsarist building. It was renovated in 2021 and it is spasious and comfortable. It is suitable for 2 people but up to 4 can sleep in it. It is ideal for young adventurers and couples. The view of Kiev from the balcony is amazing!

Stylish and functional studio...given our years of experience, we set to do a unique place, better than 5 star hotels...a great bed, a great place to open your laptop and enjoy comfortable coffee style sitting arrangement for hours, alone of with company...and we removed tv so that you can watch the shower :-)
