Guesthouse on 20 acre Hobby Farm

We are offering our guesthouse for our home and it is set on 20 acres of rolling hills. This is a farm-like setting with free-range chickens, barn cats, and couple of dogs. This unique property offers a country feel while being close to the Twin Cities. You will have about 800 sq. ft. to relax in or sit out by a campfire, enjoy a walking trail, or rest in a hammock. All this is a 10 minutes drive from Cabela's, the Outlet Mall in Albertville, and Hillside mountain bike trails in Elk River.

Sanders Lodge @Three Acre Woods

You can sleep well after a long day of snowmobiling, hunting, fishing or sight seeing at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Sit around the campfire in the evening and relax. This has a queen bed, twin trundle bed and comfy couch for sleeping. In the kitchenette there is a full size fridge, a two burner stove, microwave, coffee pot, blender and a toaster/pizza/convection oven. Be aware, you will have to share the party room side with some homeschoolers on Wednesday morning.

River Hideaway

Knotty pine nearly throughout, whirlpool bathtub, granite countertop, new appliances, washer/dryer. Cookware & dinnerware provided. Outdoor gas grill (& older charcoal) and fire bowl (bring own firewood). WiFi not available & cell service is marginal. There is a queen sz bed downstairs, the loft has a futon that flattens into small double bed, and there are 2 twin beds. No large, loud parties that go on into the night as there are neighbors, including the owners.

Merry Moose Lodge (pets welcome)

4-bedroom house sits on 10 acres. It has a kitchen stocked with supplies, ample bedding and linens, and family games. Just north of Big Lake, it's close to the Sherburne County Wildlife Refuge and Sand Dunes. Several good swimming and fishing lakes are very close by, including Eagle Lake. The public lake access is about 4 miles away. One garage space for guests. Ample driveway parking for additional vehicles and space for snowmobile trailers.

Please note that the stairs to the lake are currently under construction and will make access to lake on the property limited. Property is short distance from boat launch. Dock space available for your boat.
