Travelled down as family of 12 for London Marathon weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more. It really has a ‘home from home’ feel and you immediately felt comfortable due to the numerous little touches the hosts have gone to. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer…. Only minor feedback is the stairs to top floor is little difficult for the older members or those struggling after long run!! 🥵😂 When we are next this way, we will definitely look to book again. Thanks for everything Rich & family

My stay at Mark's home was a bit unconventional as we were filming a student film there, but we still felt no shortage of hospitality and as though the place was our own for those few days. Truly, nothing can replicate the incredible feeling of looking over the river from any number of spaces throughout the property. It was beautiful and pristine and we felt so grateful to experience it. Myself and others in the crew will be competing with availability on the calendar to book it again and properly enjoy it for a vacation soon! Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone looking for a cozy break from London's city center. Mark was the most incredible host, warm, open, communicative and hospitable from the moment we booked until after we checked out. Thank you for everything and can't wait to come back!

Rachel's place was perfect for our family getaway. I loved that every room was flooded with natural light. Close to all amenities - it's only a ten-minute walk to the tube and has a little corner store across the road. Parking on the road, in front of the house was easy too. The house itself was incredibly spacious. The highlight is definitely the kitchen. Everything is clean. Rachel is also a great host, and very responsive to messages.

It was a great stay at Amanda's home. Her communication before arriving and during our stay was excellent. We felt very comfortable in this quiet Hammersmith neighborhood. The fireplace made an early morning yoga practice nice and cozy. A few pubs, which were very friendly, are close by for a good meal. We'll definitely book here again on a return to London. Thanks for a most welcome vacation stay.

The mattress and bed pillows are very comfortable—the best we’ve had in our Airbnb experience. Walkable to Ealing Broadway for every kind of shopping, and only one block to North Ealing station. We would definitely stay here again. Hosts are quick to respond and very helpful.

We had a lovely London stay. One of the standout amenities in the home were the modern bathrooms and showers in each room, as well as a bonus half bathroom, which saved the day when rushing in after a nice Guinness or Gin and tonic at the pub! Having an on-site washer and dryer was also a lifesaver for the 2 minimalists in our party over our 6 night stay. The accessibility to the many sites and events London had to offer exceeded our expectations. Being able to jump on the tube to get to Central London, take a 5-minute walk to the Shepherd's Bush shops, or a 15-minute walk to the 500+ shops at the Westfield Mall was pretty awesome! The local shops also had their place on our trip. Little Napoli Sourdough Pizza was a perfect and delish option within walking distance for a low-key evening in London. For a quaint cafe with an eclectic music vibe, we checked out Next Door Records to grab a cup of tea and purchased some 1990s 45 records. Wish we had more characters to express...

Marcus has a beautiful place in a neighbourhood easy to access the rest of zones 1 and 2 from. He made things easy for us as parents with a baby, providing a high chair for us, and we would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and neat and had all the amenities we needed. It’s in a nice location, a bit of a walk to the tube, but the area has lots to offer with shops, restaurants, pubs and the famous portobello market. We appreciated the welcome breakfast and lots of tea choices. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and helpful.

Mal's apartment was the perfect accommodation for our group consisting of 4 adults and 4 children. It is ideally situated in walking distance to train stations and supermarkets. It is cleverly furnished to allow for a good use of space and the amenities were clean and tidy. It has a functional kitchen which made our stay feel homely and allowed us to enjoy family meals. Highly recommend. Thank you Mal for hosting our family.

This apartment was wonderful. Very clean and quiet!! We enjoyed the quiet street and the lovely neighborhood very much. The apartment was very close to a grocery store, restaurants, and the trains! We were able to check in early which we really appreciated because our cruise ship arrived in a Southampton very early. I definitely want to come back to London and will stay here again. We didn’t drink the free bottle of wine but appreciated the gesture. We actually planned to but by the time we got back to the apartment each night we were full! Thank you Mary Ann and Dal for your hospitality!

John’s place was the perfect place to stay on our first stop during our honeymoon! John gave us some wonderful food recommendations as well as places to see in the area. The space is clean and has everything you would need, they’ve done a great job making use of a small space. If we are back in the area again, we will absolutely be looking to stay here!

The house was lovely and well located near local shops and restaurants along with transport services. The access to the garden was a lovely touch especially during the summertime. Simon was also very attentive- quick reply’s. Will definitely return!

Beautiful flat, exactly as described. MT was very responsive. I arrived fairly late and was greeted and welcomed without issue. The flat was spotless and well equipped. Lots of great restaurants and shops in the area and convenient to get into central London.

We loved staying in this area, a beautiful part of London! Just steps away at the end of the block there's a great takeaway pizza place. There's also a produce market, cafe, bar, restaurant, and convenience store. Holland Park is just a short walk away. Kensington and Notting Hill are a bit further, 20-30min but still doable, walking through lovely neighborhoods. There are also tube stations nearby for easy access to the rest of the city - Kensington Olympia stop is a 4 minute walk and Shepard's Bush stop (central line) is about a 15 minute walk. The latter is near Westfield Mall with lots of shops and restaurants. The flat is spacious and comfortable. I was able to work remotely with no Wifi issues. Having the washer and dryer was a plus. Hugh and his team were responsive and friendly hosts. I would recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Zara House. The area was peaceful, safe, and a real hidden gem in London—quiet enough for evening strolls, yet full of character. It's genuinely a part of the city we could see ourselves living in. The home itself was very well presented. We especially loved the deck terrace—it was a perfect spot to enjoy the sunshine, and having a BBQ out there was a nice touch but we forgot the charcoal! Despite the warm weather, the house remained comfortably cool, and it was great to be able to leave the windows open knowing the neighbourhood was safe and serene. The bedding and linen was clean and good quality which is where most airbnb's fall down. Zara was a wonderful host—very responsive and helpful throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended!

This is a perfect place for a London holiday if you don’t want to be in the crush of a tourist area. The flat is spacious and uncluttered, quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood has pubs and restaurants galore with a mix of local and chain cafes and coffee shops all within an easy walk. Practically across the street from Kensington Gardens, it feels like a quiet neighborhood despite being minutes from West End theatres, shopping, tourist attractions, Portobello Road, and the banks of the Thames. We are a family of four with two teenagers and although the kids shared a bedroom, the flat did not feel cramped at all. The balcony/deck was a nice addition. The appliances and furnishings were in good shape. The entire flat was clean and thoughtfully prepared. We stayed over a weekend and there was virtually no building or road noise. We would gladly come back and highly recommend the flat.

We loved our stay in Andrea's apartment. The decor is gorgeous with lovely art and antique furnishings. We had been traveling for 30 days to six cities and the bed in Andrea's place was by far the most comfortable! The apartment is quiet and peaceful, yet in the midst of a wonderful London neighborhood with many restaurants, shops and pubs within a short walk. Just a couple of minutes walk to the Kensington Olympia station. Andrea was a very responsive host, replying almost immediately to any questions. Self check-in was appreciated as travel delays caused us to arrive at 10 p.m. Andrea's clear instructions made getting into the apartment easy, even after dark. Visitors should be aware that the stairs going down to the apartment are narrow and steep. Not a problem for us but something to be aware of. The garden-style apartment is just below street level but in no way like a "basement" as it has big windows, lots of light, and a walk-out door to the back garden. Highly recommended!

Luka’s place was great and exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for two people. Would have also been comfortable with one more person. The instructions for check in were easy to follow and the pictures really helped us figure out how to get the keys. It’s walkable to tons of restaurants, grocery store and the tube and buses. We felt safe walking around, even late at night. Luka was very responsive alto any questions we had and provided local recommendations which I always appreciate when traveling. Would definitely recommend this place to people looking for a comfortable spot that is walking distance to shops, restaurants and public transportation.

Bottom Line Up Front: The location is fabulous. Earls Court is, of course, convenient to both branches of the District Line and to the Piccadilly line, which give you access to most of London. Flying into Heathrow? Just hop on the tube there and you carried quickly to Earls Court. We have done that multiple times. What sets this apart from other Earls Court flats is the specific location, backing straight onto the gorgeous Philbeach Gardens. Step out the back door and you are in a private park for residents only. The flat itself is spacious and comfortable, and at night dark and quiet. Hot water is hot and plentiful. The hosts responded quickly to concerns. We will be back.

A beautiful apartment in a quiet and central location. Great access to public transport and also very walkable. An excellent place to stay if you want a few more creature comforts than are usually offered at hotels, and still in an accessible location. Highly recommend.

An all-round perfect stay, great apartment with everything one could wish for. Modern, well furnished, clean and a lovely private sunny terrace garden to relax. Great location too, a quiet street, various walkable options and great transport links. Recommended.
