Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Shawinigan

Was a very beautiful and comfortable space. Looks even better in person than the photos! We were able to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. The kitchen had everything you need to cook all your meals. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay!

Beautiful cottage, well equipped. Large windows let in the sun, a beautiful terrace for aperitifs, a spa to relax, a slide to entertain the little ones. We loved it.

What a great spot - so peaceful. The house is enormous, inviting, and comfortable. It was just me staying there for one night so way more house than I needed, but it beat the heck out of a hotel for the night. Despite the odd knicks and scratches of an older home, the place is wonderfully clean and the bed I slept in was very comfy - ah the silence of the countryside with the window wide open.

Once again it was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful house! Very convenient to have six bedrooms and that accepts pets! A warm and clean house! I highly recommend it!

Pleasant stay in this beautiful little refuge in the forest. The site is quiet and gives access to beautiful hiking trails. We'll definitely be back. 😊

We really enjoyed our stay at Eric's, who was always very responsive in our exchanges. The property and its surroundings are very quiet and we had a great stay! For people traveling with friends rather than family: an important point to note is that there are not necessarily real doors for the bathrooms/shower room, for example between the shower room and the bedroom that are upstairs (separated by a curtain)

The place was super cozy and had a really welcoming vibe—just perfect for a summer break. Also, Sophie was a great host, always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed while we were there. I hope to find the cabin in future as well for my next visit.

Great place in a great location and very comfortable

Honestly you get your money's worth, the accommodation is FULLY equipped and the place is ultra peaceful. the shops around are incredible (especially Bibi's house!!) everything is practically new and super functional, parking is accessible and the backyard is superb. I recommend it 110%, it's very affordable for everything that's offered.

Very friendly! Small touches particularly appreciated: beer glasses offered on arrival, coffee offered for the road, etc. Warm welcome with a visit of the places and good tips about activities in the surroundings. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Beautiful and peaceful place, very retreat kind of place. There is a meditation space at his centre/ house. Love the vibes and resourceful place. I will certainly go back. All his creations of little cabin was from him actually. Nature/ peace. Great experience. Thank you Luc .

Nancy's chalet was perfect, we were 4 friends and everything was done to accommodate a group. Bathrooms in each bedroom is a big plus. Super quiet, no neighbors visible.

Fantastic cabin retreat in the fall for visiting family in the area. The river is beautiful and accessible from the dock. The stairs to the dock need repair but we were able to enjoy non-the-less. Superb rental! We hope to return someday!

We stayed at Anthony's for two nights, it went very well. We were happy to be able to enjoy the hot tub in the sun after a day of cycling in the surroundings: very beautiful! The area is very quiet and the neighborhood is very cozy. We were disappointed to realize that the lake shown in the photo is not accessible directly from the cottage (access not far away), and the screen of the video projector was broken. We didn't mind but the rooms are “open” so there isn't much privacy upstairs. I recommend for a weekend if you are looking for calm and rest.

Gorgeous cabin, kind and communicative hosts, and a wonderful location for winter recreation. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

We had a great stay at the chalet. The chalet was very clean, cozy, all the amenities are perfect. The river that flows next to the cottage allows us to be in a different setting, access to the rapids below is easy and very pretty. Everything is well thought out for a wonderful weekend. We will definitely come back, it is a very nice place.
