The place was great! Location was perfect! The beach access was definitely our favorite part. The pools were a nice change from the beach and very relaxing. Great communication with host when needed, will recommend to friends!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The rental agency called me to confirm the reservation by phone and to see if I had any questions without me even having to reach out for anything. The trundle bed in the third room was perfect for our toddler and the entire resort was very kid friendly. We will definitely be back.

Jilenna's place was cozy, comfortable & clean. We had a great time & loved sitting on the back porch in the mornings. Great location & would stay there again.

We had 6 adults stay for a wedding for 3 days. it was an awesome experience! we ate at the restaurant by the beach, and I highly recommend the fish tacos! The only trouble we had was with the TV and getting it to work with the remotes. we caught fish off the dock by the bay, fed the ducks and turtles, and admired all the adorable tiny lizards in our foliage. Loved the use of the golf cart! We would definitely stay at this resort again. 👍👍

Sandestin is a class A place to stay. We always feel safe and welcome! The home was PERFECT close to everything. The golf cart was a super bonus!

My wife and I stayed here and it was such a beautiful location and condo. The host was very nice and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again!

The location was perfect for our family vacation and the golf cart was a great plus to the home.Both the beach and village were only a short golf cart ride away. We enjoyed greeting the turtles in the mornings off the back patio and everything we needed for the beach was provided as well. The resort was clean quiet and full of activities. I highly reccomend Renatas place and we definatley will be back. Both the check in and check out procedure were convienant and easy. Just outside the resort all kinds of shopping dining and activities for all ages were easily accessible. This unit was very clean and well kept.

Best thing was the location. 30 seconds from couch to beach chairs. No shoes required

Everything about this villa is just perfect. It is tastefully decorated and impeccably clean — so light and airy. You will love the shady oaks you walk through around the fountains and sidewalks that meander to the beach or to the tennis and pickleball courts. Jeff and his wife were very thoughtful of what their guests would need on vacation from thick oversized towels, quality appliances and bedding to a yeti cooler, beach chairs, and a wagon for you to use. This is a perfect villa for the whole family or a romantic getaway. The pool is super close but not so close you hear others, and the beach is perfect. Crystal clear water and sugar white sand. We will definitely stay again. We miss it already!

Loved this location! This is our second time staying in Mirimar beach. This home was far better than the last one we stayed out. The beds were so cozy and the home was spacious enough to house our whole group. Shelley was amazing and responsive!

All in all was great, for new comers like we were perhaps explain better that beaches are near and that golf carts are common in this area to reach to beach

I absolutely loved this unit. Renata was very proactive & provided alot of information upfront. The resort was beautiful & I'll definitely be coming back for another stay.

**Pros:** The place was definitely spacious enough for our group of 12 guests. The patio deck was nice, and the large kitchen was very accommodating. The rooms varied in size, with some being quite large and one on the smaller side, but all had big beds. **Cons:** Unfortunately, during my stay, the refrigerator was not very clean inside. In one of the guest bathrooms, there were hairs on the shower floor, and the drainage was clogged, causing the water to rise up to 2 inches while in use. I informed the host about these issues, and while she acknowledged them, no one came to fix them even after we left the house for a few hours o. Our 3 night 4 day stay. But over all I would rebook in a near future. Hoping everything will be fixed. :)

We had 7 of us get together for a girls weekend to surprise our friend who’s getting married in May and it was wonderful! Plenty of space, beautiful community, easy walk to the beach! Jenna was always responsive, quick with her responses, and willing to help and answer all questions. It was a great trip all the way around!

Can say enough about the location! Amazing, quick walk to the beach, walkable restaurants, quick trip to grocery and shopping. Had a small issue with some gnats that the owner quickly responded to and quickly resolved. We would stay again!

The stay was amazing , would highly recommend this place to anyone , very comfortable and spacious! For sure the family and I will be booking this place again!

Great location and close to everything but just far away to have some peace and quiet after a long day of exploring the Gulf Coast. House is clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds. The pool was awesome and the kids got a real kick out of the record player. Highly recommend this spot for any family looking for a place to hang out for a few days or even weeks.

Everything was perfect, the site was very clean, everything was organized, attention to perfection, the site was spectacular, highly recommended

Loved the place. the walk to beach was easy we pushed 2 strollers no problem. down the road and across the bridge to get to the street crossing, or you can drive to a parking area and walk across street to beach. The pool and tennis court was across the street and a park in walkable distance. Had kitchen supplies and plenty of towels. We even had squirrels come right up to the glass door which entertained the children for a long while everyday. The two sets of twin beds are sturdy and roomy in the kids room. I slept on the bottom. it was low would be good for younger kids and a little stiff for me. There was 1 room with king and 1 with queen. I didn't hear any complaints from the couples in there. Would love to go back soon.
