Holiday rentals with a pool in Sgourou

Not sure my review will do justice to how fantastic ‘My Green Eden’ and our hosts were. Maria was responsive and helpful from the get-go, making it easy to book for 14 of us. When we arrived we were welcomed by Maria’s father Michael who showed us round the property providing lots of helpful info! The property itself is stunning with amazing views, privacy and amenities. The outside area is particularly beautiful. The rooms are all furnished immaculately and we didn’t want for anything more! Our hosts really made it special, we came on Easter weekend which meant many shops were shut. Maria’s family so kindly went to the supermarket for us as we were arriving late, offered to drive us round if no taxis and even let us stay until our night time flight. They went above and beyond for us in every way. We would’ve been so happy with the villa but they made the weekend for us extra special - we cannot thank them enough! Couldn’t recommend this place more, would 100% stay again - thank you!

From start to finish, the holiday we had in this villa was a great experience. Not only was the villa in beautiful condition on arrival, we also had a homemade cake ready for us as soon as we got there. Any queries we had were immediately met with great service and help from the owner, and the Villa matched the pictures to the tea. I’d like to personally thank Christina for the best holiday we could’ve ever hoped for, and wonderful memories made through every step of the experience. From abundance of facilities and leisure activities, I felt not only in awe of the property but a welcome guest. Would recommend this to anyone.

We were very lucky to be able to spend a few wonderful days in this beautiful house. The outdoor area is simply a dream – with an inviting pool and cozy seating. Everything is super well maintained and designed with great attention to detail. There is nothing missing inside either. The kitchen is excellently equipped – it really has everything you could wish for. We would like to particularly highlight the communication: the contact was friendly, warm and absolutely reliable from the beginning. Questions were answered within a few minutes and we received a detailed list of tips for restaurants and activities right at the beginning. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend this house. We will definitely be back!

The place was great and we had a fantastic time, but we weren't informed that someone else would be living in the same building directly above us. We had the first floor of the house, while another guest occupied the second and third floors, which felt a bit unexpected. It would’ve been helpful to know this in advance. Although each unit had its own separate entrance accessible only from outside it still felt a little unusual. That said the outdoor areas were excellent and the pool was really nice.

Such a beautiful villa within walking distance to the old town! It was roughly 20-30 minutes to walk into the old town (this was with a disabled guest who couldn’t walk too fast). Nearby, there are some mini markets and also a swedish bakery! There is also a bus stop just across the road to get to Lindos (massively recommend visiting). Michail was very kind, communicative, and a fabulous host! He helped us with a late check-out which saved us a huge amount of trouble! The villa is on a main road so the traffic can be very loud, even at night, but for us this wasn’t a dealbreaker. The kitchen is great and well equipped. The bathroom is a little unusual where both bathrooms are in the same room, just separated by a glass door. This was easily overcome by just agreeing to always use the furthest away shower so that people could still use the toilet in the first part of the room. Not really an issue - just to be aware! Overall, a BEAUTIFUL villa and I fully recommend to anyone!

Perfect stay. Quiet area. Fully equipped house. Shutters on the windows everywhere. We stayed for a week and the towels were replaced halfway. There are regular bath towels and also towels for poolside or to take to the beach. Good and proactive communication. Small supermarket and bakery nearby that are practically always open.

Great location, restaurants, shopping, and bars inside the walls of Old Rhodes. Had a great vacation with friends and family. We made breakfast every morning, and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Upon arrival there was wine in the frig. It was the perfect for us!!!

Big, clean place where several people can comfortably live, the pool and the terrace are ideal for relaxing in the evening. 15 minutes with car from the airport, roughly 20-30 minutes by car distance to several great beaches.

We had a great stay, hosts and staff couldn’t do enough for you! We checked in late which was no problem and even got complimentary lemonade on arrival! Complimentary gifts didn’t stop there with fresh fruit given to us by the pool during the day! We enjoyed the location a 10 minute walk from the beach and 2 supermarkets located within a 15 minute walk! We used the bus daily which was only €2.30 to Rhodes and came every 20 minutes! We also used the bus to the airport for the same price! The bar had some lovely fresh food and drink and there were nice options locally if you prefer to go out for a meal! We never had any trouble getting a sun lounger and the whole place was incredibly clean, a credit to the owners and staff! We also got fresh towels and our room cleaned daily! At checkout we were able to leave our luggage and avail of a changing room allowing us to enjoy our last day suitcase free! We would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future!

They are attentive, kind and care that you are getting the best from your holiday. They give advice where to go but also give you time to discover the beauty of Rhodes island. We genuinely had the best holiday. The accomadation was perfect, cleaned every day. Every finishing touch you require is there. They are a lovely couple with their own family yet they give the best to all customers. we wouldnt hesitate to return. Perfect for couples, families , friends - this is your place. Also breakfast is available Authentically Greek and Organic. Don't miss this wonderful experience. Everyone we met there returns year after year and we will be doing the same.

It was a nice and pretty place. Nice apartment with aircondition. Very clean apartment. The host were very welcoming, helpful and so nice. Pretty garden and entrance with many plants and trees, swimmingpool and seating area. Also with a parking space. Close to nice beach, restaurants, supermarkets and in a town. Loved my stay here!

We are a family of five who were looking for a relaxing stay in Rhodes. This property was ideal, well equipped, spotlessly clean inside and outside, private pool and a fantastic quiet location. We did not arrive at the property until after midnight due to a delayed flight, however we were met by the representative on arrival who explained everything we needed to know in detail. We were impressed with the attention to detail such as the complementary drinks and snacks on arrival which were ideal as there were no local shops open at that time of the morning. Having a washing machine at the property was a real bonus as it meant we could travel light. Overall the property was modern, very clean and comfortable due to the air conditioning and fantastic outdoor pool area. Ideally you need access to a car however there are a number of shops, restaurants and beaches within a twenty minute walk so the car is not essential. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

We felt more than comfortable from day 1. Anthoula is such a warm, loving and helpful hostess. Thanks to her, the accommodation was always sparkling clean and extremely cozy for the duration of our visit, the bed linen was changed several times. No request was refused. If Rhodes again, then only at Anthoula! Thank you for this beautiful, uncomplicated and unforgettable time!

An amazing holiday in the background of a beautiful apartment with a private pool. Quick access to the sea and nearby towns. Great communication and warm host! Highly recommend.

The person is amazing! Everything looks like the pictures, clean all the time, there is a cleaning lady who cleans all the time Constantly asking how we were doing and helped us with any questions we had and even gave virtue recommendations!!! We had a great time at his place!!!

I highly recommend this place. It's perfect for families. The rooms were cleaned very thoroughly every day. Nice family atmosphere, pool, garden, everything very well cared for. The only note is the inaccurate location provided by the portal. Check exactly where the apartment is located because it led us 5km away and only after contacting the host, we found the right location
