Holiday rentals with a patio in Sgourou

We had a really nice stay. The beds are very comfortable and the whirlpool is a big plus! Thanks a lot!

Kostas proactively contacted us before we arrived and welcomed us with a self-check-in video on arrival. He had organized water, a few beers and some fruit for us in the fridge. We were "very" grateful to him for this as we arrived late. He had also organized different types of coffee for us. The apartment was very clean and everything was exactly as in the photos. You immediately felt at home. The location of the apartment is really good, as you can walk to the beach in about 15-20 minutes, as well as to the old town. Just around the corner there is a supermarket, pharmacy, coiffeur salon (lui e lei / ladies) and Danis Hair Salon (men). There is also a nail salon for manicures and pedicures (nails & shine, approx. 8 min). There is also a coffee shop and an Adidas store. Really great! Just perfect! We love Kostas & Greece :) Ps. Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt, und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt und Evangelos war ein lieber zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Es war perfekt, vielen Dank !

Schöne, moderne und saubere Unterkunft. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr sauberes Badezimmer. Alle angegebenen Merkmale wie Seife, Handtücher, etc. erfüllt. Direkt an einem Kiesstrand. Zu Fuß viele Restaurants erreichbar. Landende Flugzeuge gut hörbar allerdings nicht weiter störend. Rhodos Altstadt in 10-15 Minuten im Auto erreichbar. Lindos in ca. 45 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Im Endeffekt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer tollen Lage.

Recomnendation. Book Simi travel bus tour to Panormitus in advance, which costing 10 Euro as of 2025, June. Then, you can jump the tour bus from the ferry port directly without 10 min walk to the port town. Panormitis is a must-go-see where you see a beatiful small town with the contrast of THE cobalt blue sea and light yellow town collor. About location and stay. Nice friendly owner and easy to get there. There is only one route of the public bus - so-called 'Mini bus' that is bound for Pedi beach. The bus station is located in front of the port town from 10 min walk distance on your left. This site is just next to the first bus stop of the mini bus. Don't go around the port town to find this site, just get on the (yellow) mini bus, and get off at the first stop.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the hosts were absolutely amazing—attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They even gave us a lift to the airport at the end of our holiday, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. The accommodation itself was exactly as pictured—spotlessly clean, stylish, and perfectly suited to our needs. It felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated that the place could be cleaned upon request at no extra cost—such a rare and helpful touch. The location was great, too. It’s right on a direct bus route, which made it super easy to get around the island and explore different areas. Plus, there’s a supermarket just across the road, which made picking up essentials incredibly convenient and affordable. Overall, this Airbnb was excellent value for money. We’d highly recommend it to anyone, and are already looking to return!

The place is exactly as it looks in the photos — clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is great, with easy access to various places like restaurants, the beach, and supermarkets. The host is beyond incredible, offering excellent service and a wonderful experience in Rhodes. I will definitely come back!

The Airbnb was amazing me and my friends went to Rhodes for a fun trip and we all enjoyed the Airbnb. The villa was nicely decorated with the interior being comfortable and the area being nice and peaceful with very convenient restaurants nearby and stores with the beach being super close. The pool was extremely nice and all of us enjoyed the pool the most. Svetlana was super helpful giving us recommendations and being helpful with any questions that I had also being super flexible with a later checkout. Thank you so much we had so much fun.

Die Unterkunft von Yulie ist wirklich sehr schön. Es hat alles was man braucht. Je nachdem könnte bei der Küche noch das eine oder andere ergänzt werden, aber für die schnelle und einfache Nutzung hat es alles. Wir haben besonders den Blick aufs Meer genossen und das Ambiente. Während unserer Zeit gab es eine kleine Baustelle nebenan, da dies aber nur vorübergehend ist ziehe ich hierfür keinen Stern ab. Es ist ein toller Ort zum entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Yulie war absolut zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit uns freundlich - wir sind ihr dankbar für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Magnifique villa, lumineuse et spacieuse, entourée d'un beau jardin. On s'y sent tout de suite chez soi, d'autant qu'elle est bien entourée et privative. La piscine est très belle, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'opportunité de la chauffer, pour nos jeunes enfants, car il fait encore frais début mai. L'eau était à 30 degrés, un régal! On avait même pensé à des jeux pour les enfants. Jenny est une hôte charmante. Elle nous a accueilli avec un panier de fruits et du vin, et s'est toujours montrée très réactive. La villa dispose de tout l'équipement dont on peut rêver. La région est très belle, et mérite d'être découverte en voiture. Nous avons également pu quitter plus tardivement la maison, car notre vol était en soirée, ce qui que nous avons apprécié. Bref, rien à redire, que du bonheur!

This Airbnb was perfect for our mini-moon. It was in a great location, just a short drive from nearby beaches, supermarkets, and Rhodes old town. The beautiful village within walking distance up the hill has a few great authentic Greek restaurants that are definitely worth visiting. The place itself was perfect: beautifully decorated, modern, and most importantly, private! The pool was perfect for relaxing during the day, and the BBQ area was ideal for hanging out at night. The kitchen and living facilities were outstanding, and the lovely owners left an amazing welcome basket, which was a very thoughtful touch. We would 1000% recommend this place, and we had a perfect week here. Thank you!

My partner and I had a wonderful time. Some food items were even prepared for us, and everything you need for a day at the beach was provided — including a sun umbrella, snorkeling gear, and more. We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend the accommodation. The host was very friendly, and we felt truly welcome.

Es war alles ausgezeichnet: die Lage, die Unterkunft in Ästhetik, Qualität und Ausstattung! Und ganz besonders hervorragend war unser Gastgeber Manouil Alexios: sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, mehr als hilfsbereit, exakt in den umfassenden Infos, rasch und konzise in der Kommunikation - egal ob Restaurant-, Ausflugstipps oder Wegbeschreibungen. Es war einfach alles da! Auch hat er uns noch einen Transfer zum Flughafen organisiert. Unser Aufenthalt war ein ausserordentliches Erlebnis. Und Manouil Alexios ein fantastischer und umsichtiger Host!!! Gerne wieder. Danke für alles!

Ubytování nás velmi příjemně překvapilo. Umístění je v klidné části vil a okolí ubytování je blízko pěkných restaurací a obchůdku.Cele ubytování bylo krásně uklizené a skvěle připravené pro hosty(dostatek připravených ručníků ,víno,voda v lednici) Rozhodně doporučuji a věřím,že to nebyla naše jediná návštěva tohoto Airbnb.:))

Rodos’un en güzel bölgelerinden birinde yer aldığını rahatlıkla söyleyebilirim. Konum olarak hem sakin hem de ulaşım açısından oldukça avantajlıydı. Araç kiraladığımızda park yeri bulmakta hiç zorlanmadık. Hemen karşısındaki yerel restoranda şehir merkezine kıyasla üçte bir fiyatına lezzetli yemekler yiyebildik. Ev sahibimiz Andreas her konuda son derece ilgiliydi. Tüm sorularımıza hızlı ve sabırla yanıt verdi, yardımsever tavrıyla kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Eve ilk girdiğimizde buzdolabında bizi bekleyen ikramlar çok hoş bir sürpriz oldu. Ev oldukça geniş ve ferah; çocuklarımız bahçede gönüllerince oynayabildi. Elektronik eşyaların tamamı sorunsuz çalışıyordu, hiçbir aksaklık yaşamadık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Özellikle de misafirperverliği ve ilgisi için Andreas’a içten teşekkür ederim.

Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά! Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία ,όλες οι αποστάσεις πολύ κοντινές με το αμάξι. Κεντρικό, ευρύχωρο και καθαρό! Ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ τους οικοδεσπότες για την φιλοξενία! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτώ ξανά αν βρεθώ στο νησί!

This was my second location for our stay in Rhodes town because we took a 4 day break with our greek friends to Turkey. This would have been my first choice if I had seen it first. Fabulous apartment, quieter location although not serenely quiet, you are, after all, in a town which has its busy times. We needed to be within walking distance of everything including a beach to swim and this was perfect. Absolutely. Beautifully equipped with everything one could need and most importantly, comfy beds and extra covers for the cooler nights in November. Sadly we did not meet Christos but as I will very likely book this apartment again, perhaps next time which I look forward to. All in all, a great stay. Highly recommended. .

Great responsive host. We had very late flight landing before midnight. Thus, after collecting the car we were very late 1 am. Also we had issue to find the place due to google map showing different location. But Arestir was waiting for our coming, giving us updated link with direction. We were very pleased for help and host. Beautiful apartment with full privacy. We love a big patios with two balconies to have a seat at evenings after busy day. We can recommend this place.

Absolutely fabulous stay, apartment was extremely clean, everything was the same as photos, host was there to meet us, very friendly and helpful host, I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend to anyone. Within easy walking distance to Rhodes Old Town and New Town, nice cafes nearby.

Had a great stay at this property. Photos don’t do the property justice!! Property had everything you could ever need. Georgios was very responsive and flexible with check in/out times and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again. 5 stars.

We spent 5 days in George and Cecilie’s apartment and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is great. Very good location, close to the local bakeries, cafes, small shops and restaurants. It’s just a walking distance from the old city of Rhodes. The apartment is also very well equipped and clean. Also, the owners are flexible, hospitable and brilliant communicators. I would highly recommend the place!
