Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Seydikemer

Second year back here, great house that is even better than the pictures. The host is really helpful & communicative and arranged our transfers too which was really helpful. Walking distance to the town & a taxi button right outside for going to the beach/markets. Overall a great house & pool in a great location. Highly recommend.

What a lovely little villa in a beautiful location, close to some amazing beaches and restaurants. We are a family of 5 and the villa was well equipped for our needs. Two well sized bedrooms, both en-suite. Kitchen had all we wanted. Garden and pool were lovely, although this late in the year (October), the garden is in the shade until mid-morning and the same again from mid-afternoon, so the pool was a little on the chilly side. Rabia was a great host, super-responsive and quick to reply to questions around beaches and restaurants worth visiting. Villa and location were as described, clean, tidy and we felt very at home. This was our first time in Turkey and we loved everything about our stay, we will be back for sure.

The villa was great, it had all the basic necessities you could need. The privacy was perfect. Sinan was a great host, he made sure that we had everything we could need and the villa was spotless when we arrived.

We had an amazing time at Furkans place. Exceeded expectations and was even nicer in person. Thanks so much for everything, including late checkout and local recommendations 😀

We had a great stay, the house was very spacious and the pool was amazing. Fergal was very responsive and if we had questions would always reply back promptly which was great. Thanks for a great stay.

The apartment was large, with a lovely and peaceful balcony that had a good view. The location was safe, quiet, and fairly close to the sea. Fatih was also a warm, genuine person who made us feel at home. If u return to the city, I would absolutely stay here again.

It’s a very clean house in a good location. The host is very accommodating and explaining how the laundry machine worked. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pans and anything else you might need.

We stayed for a total of 8 nights with our 9-month-old baby, we decided to stay here after intensive research for that area, and we said it was good. Mrs. Aybüke and her husband Mr. Turgay welcomed us very nicely, we felt like we were in our own home. They are very friendly and very professional, they really cared about our holiday. There was a problem with the baby food chair's table, and they provided a new one on the second day. Thank you so much. When you come home, you have everything you think you need at home, down to the smallest detail. The house is really nice and clean, Mr. Turgay came every other day and cleaned the garden and pool. It is located in a very quiet place and not far from the center. It exceeded our expectations in every aspect. I highly recommend it, especially for families with children.

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Very cute place very close to the seaside. Nice restaurants just around the corner. Perfect place to enjoy Fethyie.

Great location. 10-15 walk to Calis Beach. Unit was well presented with lots of added extras. i.e air fryer, paper towel, dishwasher plus tablets, extra towels, beach towels Located about 5 km from Fethiye. Bus and water taxi were convenient

Lovely stay, literally the cleanest house I have ever been in, Fatih + his family are great.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Melek for her very quick communication. We were guests as 2 families. We were greeted by her parents and we really felt at home:) There was a large environment where they would move comfortably, especially for our young children, both inside the house and in the garden of the house. In summary, the cleaning order was very good, thank you very much for your efforts:)

Mr. Aydın welcomed us with a smile. Her place was spacious and comfortable enough. The sheets and covers were very clean. Since we were a little cold in the evening, we asked for a thick blanket and he provided it immediately, thanks to him. She offered us their homemade olive oil, we loved it. Large families can stay comfortably, we stayed for a short time, but for those who stay for a long time, the house also has a beautiful garden, and it can be very nice to spend time there. Thank you to Mr. Aydın and his family.

Staying at Multu's house was an absolute pleasure. It’s the perfect place to recharge, offering a peaceful atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The location is incredibly serene, with breathtaking views of Babadag. Hope I will back once again!

We had a wonderful stay at the property! The villa was just like the pictures, a little older but definitely worth it. It was well equipped, and we found everything we needed. The flexible check-in was particularly gratifying. Unfortunately we had problems with our arrival and didn't arrive until 2: 30 at night. Mr. Burak had kindly waited for us and gave us a warm introduction. This was really a great action and made our stay very comfortable! The location of the villa is also super central, which makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. We definitely recommend coming by car to discover the best sides of the region. Overall, a clear recommendation for this accommodation!

The holiday we spent in Fethiye was simply magnificent! The spacious and immaculate villa with a pool was thought out in every detail in terms of comfort. Everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathroom, from the bedrooms to the poolside was complete. Its quiet and peaceful location also allowed us to rest. The host was extremely caring and helpful; he responded quickly to all our questions and we felt really comfortable. Thank you very much for this pleasant experience. We recommend with peace of mind.

we thank Yasin and his wife for the great hospitality and making us feel as it was our own house. house is actually even better than the photos. both garden and inside has a great atmosphere and comfort, totally separating you from the street. pool is quite big for a villa, and cleaned daily. many seating options available.

Very good villa, which corresponds to the pictures. In any case, you have privacy and everything is clean and tidy. Some criticisms for us would be that the pool was not heated and on some days was a bit too cold at the end of May. The path to the villa leads over a gravel path, which could be upgraded. But otherwise, if you have rented a car, really a very nice villa and a nice landlord with Arif. Gladly again.

This was a stunningly beautiful setting to stay. The outdoor space/view is wonderful to wake up to and to watch the ever changing light into the evening. Swimming each day surrounded by the mountains was fantastic. Furkan was on hand for any questions too and very supportive/helpful. If you want to escape somewhere beautiful this is the place.

If you are looking for a stunning villa with easy access to Fethiye (great shopping and restaurants) or tons of fabulous beaches then definitely book with Naciye! He is the kindest man...so helpful and accommodating. His villa is pristine and plenty big enough for 6 people. It's also lovely with great mountain views. The pool is seen to every morning. Its a short stroll to the local town for anything need and/or bars & restaurants. We didn't bother hiring a car as we made friends with a local taxi driver who dropped/pick us up from the beaches (very cheaply). We can't wait to return and really had an amazing time at this villa!

Villa Holly is HUGE! plenty of room and ideal for families. Most of the bedrooms are en-suite or have a bathroom just across from them. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked with all pots, pans & crockery. 2 kitchen which both have very good ovens, dishwashers and fridge freezers and a laundry room down stairs also. The pool table was great for us as we all like a few games on a night. The outdoor area has one of the nicest pools we’ve had abroad with plenty of sun loungers and a lovely bbq area. The Villa also has several balconies and the master bathroom has a jacuzzi in it!! Derek the host was very responsive and helpful and even kindly showed us around the town the morning after we arrived. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely return to villa holly should we come back to turkey!
