Great clean place with all amenities, right next to the RERB station for direct access to the City Center, Gare Du Nord and the City Center.

Wonderful apartment, easy access and very nice, we had a fan and hair dryer. There weren't many noises.

I stayed three nights in this studio as part of my work, and everything went very well. The accommodation is faithful to the description, clean, quiet and conducive to concentration. I was able to work on my computer with complete peace of mind, which was exactly what I needed. I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the pool or the kitchen facilities, but everything was perfectly in order and well maintained. The environment is peaceful, and the location is convenient. An address that I will remember for my future business trips in the sector.

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Everything was clean, neat, and well-organized. All essentials were thoughtfully provided — from bathroom and kitchen supplies to bedroom necessities. The host, Sonia, was incredibly friendly, kind, and approachable, which made the experience even better. The balcony view was a highlight — it was such a pleasure to enjoy dinner while overlooking the surroundings. The only minor challenge was that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, so climbing the stairs could be a bit tiring. We were looking for a place close to Roissy-CDG airport (14 minutes by car) for 2 nights. Despite the air traffic that was ultimately not "so disturbing", this accommodation is located in a "quiet" neighborhood with a feeling of security. The interior was really nice, and Mélissa was able to bring a very cozy touch to the atmosphere. Communication in our exchanges has always been courteous and very respectful. In short: experience that took place without any worries, the accommodation is faithful to the description, you can go there with your eyes closed. Thank you, Mélissa 😉

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

Had a very nice stay. We stayed for a long weekend for the Beyoncé concert. The space was as described and very clean. The bed slept wonderfully and the bathroom was nice and large. All supplies were provided. The only disadvantage was that the space could get very hot. There was no air conditioning and the windows could not really be opened because of the mosquitoes. Fortunately, we did have a fan. The communication with the host was very pleasant and fast. All in all, had a very nice stay!

Honestly, this place is really great! The decor is beautiful, everything is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. The jacuzzi is super well placed, and the veranda brings beautiful natural light, it's really nice. I had a great time here, and I think I'll come back without hesitation. Thanks for hosting!

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

We had an unforgettable birthday evening in this absolutely perfect rooftop apartment! From the first exchanges, the hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly and attentive: each question received an almost immediate answer. Everything is designed to make your stay easier: a clear and complete user manual, a functional kitchen with dishwasher! A large friendly table, beds are very comfortable and fans in each room, ideal with the heat, well-appointed spaces, and the terrace keeps all its promises! Several seats allow you to create different atmospheres, and the jacuzzi is just exceptional. Everything was in place for a successful evening with friends. We had planned to go to the music festival but... we preferred to stay there! That's to say, the place was perfect... In summary: a unique place, well equipped, and perfectly suited to a festive moment. I would recommend it without a second thought!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
