Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sevenoaks District

We cannot praise Karen and Dave’s studio highly enough. Their home is surrounded by fields of pear trees and a beautiful garden. The decor is tasteful, comfortable and every detail has been thought about. Most importantly, it was spotlessly clean. We were greeted on arrival by Karen, our host, who showed us around our studio and gifted us fresh milk and home-baked cookies. In the morning, Karen had left us more fresh milk for our coffee and we were welcome to sit in their delightful garden. And then the crowning glory, breakfast is included! We were shown into the breakfast room which overlooks the pear fields and a Norman church - stunning. And what a breakfast … sourdough break and cinnamon buns baked by Karen and a delicious breakfast cooked by hubby Dave. Better than you’d get in a five star hotel .. oh and there was granola, fresh fruit, Greek yoghurt and local apple juice. Thank you both for a really lovely stay.

The house is good and everything inside is perfect….we really have a great time…

Beautiful little spot, has everything you need. Jen went out of her way to make us welcome on arrival with Prosecco, chocolates and even doggie biscuits.

Lovely stay in the flat - place was clean and tidy and felt right at home. Buses are within a 5 min walk so getting into Brighton town centre/beach by public transport was easy. 10/10 would stay here again

A fantastic place to stay, light and roomy and airy with everything we needed. Great location for where we were working and lovely space to spend time in when we weren't. The garden is gorgeous.

We were very surprised by the size of the annex as it was much larger than we anticipated. The annex was very well appointed, extremely clean and comfortable. Chris and Linda had equipped the place to a very high standard. It felt very homely. The property is conveniently situated just off M20 in a quiet residential area. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We LOVED our stay here and plan to come back when our dog ( currently a puppy) is big enough to enjoy the longer walks on offer in the area! Helen is one of the best Airbnb hosts we have met who sent us so many great tips in advance that we could have stayed a few weeks and prob not seen it all. The Old Workshop Cottage is set in a beautifully peaceful location. Tessa is a truly wonderful host, attentive and caring and nothing was too much trouble for her. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We loved our time here, there is so much to explore in the area. We would highly recommend this cottage. Our daughter loved relaxing in the hammock!

We had stayed here before, two years. Ago. The place is just as good, even better with some upgrading, notably aircon (doubles as heater when cold) which was fantastic given the hot & sunny weather this year. Had a great meal at the Magpie, overlooking the river.

We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly, very central location. Easy access to supermarkets and convenience stores. Stations were a stone throw away. Very well laid out and very private.

We had a wonderful stay at Joanne’s. She was responsive to our questions and promptly met us when we arrived. Directions were great. A friendly lady who showed us the flat and kindly left us to explore. Wonderful location and easy to walk to Hampton Court Palace for a concert. Would definitely stay again. The air bnb was perfect for what I needed. The location was perfect as it was only 5 minutes from my training facility. Terry showed me around the property and gave me very clear instructions on how to use everything and what was included. I was able to park on the drive and triple lock the door which made me feel very safe and secure. The air BnB had all the amenities I needed and they were kind enough to provide milk, tea etc which was very kind and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely look to rebook for my training next year. Thank you!

We cannot say enough about Davey and his charming home! Davey welcomed us and was so accommodating to our needs as we arrived early in town. He was friendly and welcoming and his home was absolutely lovely, and was so nice to come back to after a busy day in London. We fell in love with Greenwich and loved what an easy walk it was into town from Davey’s home. We unfortunately left our prescription glasses and Davey was so kind, he mailed them back to our home in the states, with a little help from Sydney, his adorable pup. We can’t thank him enough and hope to come back to visit again.

We had a fantastic few days at Simon's apartment in Brighton. It is the perfect distance from the tourist attractions at the beach/the Laines, the train station and some of the other neighborhoods. The apartment was cozy and comfortable with fun decorative touches. Simon was friendly and super responsive. Highly recommend!

The Airbnb is peaceful and surrounded by stunning gardens which our daughter loved exploring - even more beautiful than the photos in real life 😊 Comfortable bed, with everything you need in the Airbnb itself and lovely breakfast each morning. Sonja was a great host! Flexible with check in, kindly let me use her microwave (and didn't bat an eyelid at the curry smells that wafted through her immaculate kitchen) and and it was a pleasure to stay in her lovely home. Comfy bed, tasty breakfast and ample free on street parking, too.

We had the most wonderful stay in this beautifully converted stable, tucked away in the stunning Kent countryside. The setting is peaceful and picturesque – a true retreat from the hustle and bustle. The space itself was spotlessly clean and styled to perfection, with a lovely blend of charm and comfort. The bed linens were luxurious and incredibly comfortable, and there were so many thoughtful touches throughout that made the stay feel extra special. Every detail had clearly been considered with care. We wouldn’t hesitate to return – a real hidden gem!
