Leipheim is a small town in Bavaria, a stone's throw away from Legoland Günzburg (approx. 6 km). Our approx. 73 sqm apartment is about 5 minutes walk from the train station, 10 minutes walk from the small town center and 10 minutes walk from the Danube, so we are very close to the Danube bike path. From the motorway exit (A8 exit 66) you are at our accommodation in 3 minutes. We live with our two children (boy 10 and girl 13) in the same house with a separate entrance.

The apartment is upscale, modern and fully equipped with a ceramic stovetop, stove, fridge, coffee maker and dishwasher. The bathroom offers both a refreshing shower and a freestanding bathtub to relax and enjoy the time out. The authentic former farmhouse is located right on the Brenz cycle path, the award-winning Albschäfer hiking trail and the Ulm-Aalen railway line.

The apartment (53 sqm) is located in the basement of our house, has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bed, and a sofa bed in the living room (width approx. 1.30 m; it is a bit tight for two adults, but it is sufficient for one adult and one child or for 2 children) You can reach the apartment via a staircase and can sit comfortably in the atrium and have a barbecue...

In the tiny house on the roof of the Fiddler's Green Pub in Pfaffenhofen an der Roth, you can really enjoy yourself: relax on the sun lounger, enjoy the whirlpool and the sauna with an outdoor shower or make yourself comfortable in the tiny house. Grill something delicious on the sun deck or have food delivered directly from the pub to your tiny house via our app from Monday to Sunday starting at 5 pm.
