This is a great spot spot in a lively, western-friendly area of Jakarta. There are lots of restaurants, bars, and malls nearby.The gym is on a high floor and is in good condition, has plenty of towels and water available. The apartment itself is very nice and has a ton of great amenities—it even has a dryer, which is quite rare to find in Indonesia. Having the ability to do a full load of laundry in one day is very convenient and something I appreciated a lot. The kitchen has an electric range and oven, a microwave, and a full-size fridge with a freezer. Melda also sent over a nice Nespresso machine with pods for me to enjoy. The living area has stunning views of the city at night. There is a comfortable sofa to lounge on and a large dining room table. Overall, this is a nice space that provides the extra amenities foreigners will appreciate. Melda is very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. Be sure to check it out!

Paskasius’ place is comfortable, clean, and there are plenty of security guards around the building, so we felt safe. There’s also direct access to Kota Kasablanka Mall. We’ll definitely come back.

Casa Grande is a very good place to stay since it has direct access to the mall. The unit was clean and the check in was smooth.

Enjoyed the stay. Judika was very helpful and responsive. Can get a bit loud sometimes because of the 4 lane road right next to it but it didn’t bother me much. Recommended to stay.

My mom and I stayed at Al's again for the second time—and we loved it! The place felt like a true home away from home. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, such as towels and towel mats in the bathroom, hangers, proper amount of utensils, etc. The level of cleanliness was outstanding, with the place being regularly cleaned and maintained, which made for a worry-free and pleasant experience. Al was also responsive as always. Highly recommend!

New Zealand standard of apartment and you know what I am talking about the 3 S is we all need . Sleep ( comfort bed ) Shower ( hot and high pressure) Shit ( toilet seat ) No question about the comfort over all Swimming pool, play area and the gym! Great apartment. This was the cleanest and most beautiful house I've ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is amazing. Safe and very easy check-in. Having a washing machine is a great advantage. I really recommend 👍

Fair price, clean & good location. Easy check in and friendly host. Our request for early check in was also fulfilled by Adrian. Some parts of the apartment need a bit of renovation (kitchen sink and also the floor below the sofa), but still a very good accomodation for the price in the central location of Jakarta.

This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

Great place, clean house, smells good and got PS 5. Complete cooking equipments. Easy check in and located in a very secure neighbourhood.

The house looks exactly like the one in the picture, check in was easy, host was very proactive and quick in responding. The place inside looks modern and minimalist, felt cozy at home. The house is inside a complex and there are lots to do/go/eateries such as orange grooves mall, supermarket, McDonald, subway, and minimart. It's quite a walking distance but very close if driving lol. The complex also has a gum, pool, and basketball court. Our entire family enjoyed our short stay. Thanks.

This was our first time booking an Airbnb in Indonesia after always staying in hotels during our yearly visits and we’re so glad we chose Ilham’s place!
