tmpt sgt nyaman dpn rumah ada taman byk pohon rindang, bisa duduk2 ditaman. lokasi dkt ke mana2, dkt sms. rumah bersih harum, dan lengkap. suasana tenang, pagi bisa keliling komplek buat olah raga. tuan rumah kristal cpt merespon, nanti sy akan menginap lg di villa virginia.

Rumah bersih, nyaman, dingin, keluarga senang bisa ngumpul dan main PS5 yang disediakan. Peralatan dapur lengkap, ada mesin cuci best! Thankyou ya. bakal rekomen tempat ini kalau ada keluarga / teman mau nginep lagi.

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

Rumahnya nyaman, worth it sm harganya. Tempatnya juga strategis. Fasilitas perumahannya oke bgt ada kolam renang, lap tenis dan taman bermain. Anak saya puas bgt nginep disini. Fasilitas didalam rumah juga super komplit, bersih juga. Cuma 1 aja yg minus, listriknya ga cukup klo nyalain 3 ac sekaligus, lsg anjlok. Selebihnya okee smua.. next klo ke daerah sini pasti milih nginep sini lagi deh

tempatnya ok sesuai deskripsi. bersih, spacious juga. mnurutku cuma bed nya aja agak kurang empuk, sama ada suara toa masjid pas subuh kdengeran kenceng banget, saya di hari awal saja agak terganggu, tp stlh mnyesuaikan, tidak mengganggu lagi.

Honestly, this is a perfect place to stay for a group of 5 (since they got 3 separate bedrooms & 2 bathrooms). Comfortable and clean living room & dining room (as per photo). The air conditioner and the 2 door refrigerator works well. Bathroom with hot water ✅. They provide us a water dispenser (cold & hot); even with extra gallons (don’t need to worry about drinks). ❤️ Strategic location near malls, eateries, shopping places. There is a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a hairdryer. 📲 Self Check-in/out via Paxel Box, it is better to make an appointment for check-in & check-out time 1 day before, so that the host can be on(line) standby to provide the QR Code (because there is a time limit). The host is friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended, hopefully can stay again in the future. Thank you for the kind hospitality 🌷🤝🙌🏻

the apartement is very comfortable we enjoy staying here and would like to stay again another time. lots of store in first floor. and walkable area to nearby mall. everything is perfect!

The Airbnb was fantastic! The host was very responsive, and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and smelled great, which made it feel extra comfortable. I’d definitely book again if I come back to BSD

We really enjoyed our 3 weeks stay. Yvonne was very responsive, proactive and friendly. The room was exactly as it looks and described at the profile. Overall, we had a great time and hope to stay there again when we’ll be back

A very nice and cozy place to stay, wifi are good, have convinience store, and pool on the 1st floor. The kitchen provided with everyrhing, like coffee,sugar,bowl,plate,cup,microwave,mini fridge (or should i say freezer) and toilet are also good, have water heater too, very nice. But some of the spoon and fork are not cleaned properly. But over all, it is a nice and cozy place. Might come back again

check in process is quite convinience. The room was clean and spacious. the environment also quite good for family with small kids, with playground and swimming pool in the venue. the apartment location is also convenience,since the nearest mall is within Walking distance. for snack and light meals there are kafes and mini market on the lobby area. we had a nice stay, thank you and see you next time.

A wonderful stay here. The apartment is really, really great. Clean, good interior design. Smells good. Very comfortable. I couldn’t imagine a better apartment to stay while in Jakarta. I highly recommend!

The place is right at the centre of the city, and just by the MRT entrance. The unit itself is super homey and cozy, and has the direct view of some of the city skylines, just perfect! Pier is definitely a great host that was very responsive to the messages.

The apartment looks exactly the same as in the picture! Unit nya bersih & wangi nya enak, begitupun kamar mandinya (bersih & wangi) water heater menyala dengan baik, tidak tiba2 dingin ketika dipakai bbrp menit. Ada netflix nya bisa smbil drakor-an, AC nya dingin suka banget! Hanya saja kamarnya bersebrangan dengan jalan & tidak kedap, jadi mobil halu lalang terdengar sepanjang malam. Tapi aku pasti bakal kembali menginap lagi disini. Recommended!
