The apartment is quiet and close to the center. Jena is located in the beautiful Saaletal, which means that the living space in the valley is limited. Our house is NOT located in the center but below the landgrave of one of the mountains that surround Jena. We live in the villa district, located below the Landgrave, so on a hill. Please consider when booking with children or people who do not like to walk! The apartment is about 100 sq.m and spread over 2 floors. There is room for up to 8 people, double bed and sofa bed in the living room. On the upper floor there are 2 double beds. The kitchen is equipped with Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishes. In the bathroom there is a shower,bathtub and underfloor heating.

Historic guest house at Gries 5

The late Gothic residential building from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & has been very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former derelict building has been transformed into a little gem. Particular emphasis was placed on using ecological building materials, such as clay and air-lime, and clay-based paints, for the renovation. Many old, historic components were reinstalled. During the deconstruction work, another hand-painted plank ceiling, approximately 500 years old, was discovered on the 2nd floor.

The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Welcome to the Ilmtal We rent our quietly located holiday home on the Ilmtal Cycling Trail. On 80 m² you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms on the first floor. A small garden with terrace and grill is also included. From Nauendorf near Apolda to Jena it is about half an hour by car, the same to the former cultural capital of Weimar. The climatic health resort of Bad Sulza, with brine, thermal baths and spa clinic, is only 15 minutes away by bus or car.

We welcome you in our apartment. It is located in a quiet backyard, on the first floor overlooking the countryside. Situated directly on the edge of the famous Mühl Valley, it offers relaxation and tranquility, enjoys the view or uses the time for a walk in the forest. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, but you are welcome to take a smoking break in the courtyard. Parking spaces are available either on the premises themselves or in the private parking lot 50 metres away.
