Which means, more privacy and way safer. 4. The place is clean and more maintained than others in Kondominium Lippo Carita. 5. Value for money, compared to others in Kondominium Lippo Carita. Chickha is a great host! She responds really quickly with clear instructions. The place is clean and nice, a perfect spot to rest, and it's close to everything – there are malls nearby and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. Absolutely worth the money.

Very spacious since it is actually 3 units combined. The actual condition is the same with the pictures. The helper, Pak Jaki is very responsive. Please note that this place is on third floor (2 level after ground).
