Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Seorak-myeon

The home was in a nice community with lots of convenience stores and restaurants around. It was clean and very comfortable.

A really great place to stay if you’re visiting Seoul. Plenty of food and cafe options right nearby and great access to subway for getting around the city. Great view and has everything you need.

Great customer service. They responded within seconds to any questions we had. The photos are accurate. Seems like a new property. The air conditioning is fantastic. This is the first place where we stayed and the floor was heated. Many restaurants nearby. Several grocery stores by. Two 7-11’s within a 2 minute walk. This property is well worth the stay.

Five minute walk to subway station which is key. Clean accommodations with strong AC. Accidentally turned the heat on and noted that works well too—floors get heated which must be so nice in winter. Provided towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, umbrellas. Appreciated two full length mirrors. Bryan was responsive to all our questions. For any couple looking to stay in Gangnam, awesome place!

とても素敵なところだったので、機会があればまた泊まりたいです！親切でとても良かったです。以下、宿泊の参考にしていただければと思います。 ・フェファ駅が最寄り駅です。フェファ駅から行くと道のアップダウンなく、家までわかりやすく、容易に着けます。(東大門駅や鍾路5街駅も歩いていけますが、少しだけフェファ駅より遠く、アップダウンが少しだけあります。) ・東大門総合市場というバス停が東大門駅と鍾路5街駅の間くらいにあるので空港⇔家の行き来もわかりやすいです。 ・家は写真の通りきれいでおしゃれです。清潔に保たれており、好感が持てます。 ・レンジ、ポット、食器、カトラリー、お鍋、包丁などや食器用洗剤もあります。 ・洗濯機も使用できますが、洗剤は持っていってください。 ・バルコニーもあり、そこで食事も楽しめます。 ・周辺は治安が良く、とても静かです。 ・フェファ駅周辺から家までの間にスターバックスやCU(コンビニエンスストア)があり、便利です。カフェやおもち屋さん、パン屋さんなどもあります。 ・バスルームにはドライヤーも準備されています。ボディーソープとシャンプーもあります。歯ブラシは持参してください。 ・ホストが近くのお店のオススメを教えてくださったり、部屋の使い方もメッセージで送ってくださいます。質問はすぐに返してくださったり、お願いした物をすぐ準備してくださいました。親切で丁寧でかつお返事もすぐくださるので助かります。

Fantastic place, there are 2 stations near the airbnb, both 2 and 5 mins on foot. It's a really nice place to come back to after a hectic day in Seoul since the place is stationed in a nice quiet neighborhood.

This was my fourth time staying at this place and once again, everything was perfect. The space is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is unbeatable — close to public transport and great restaurants. Check-in is always smooth, and Yunhee is always responsive and reliable. It really feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back again !

Best place to discover Seoul - Gangnam, close to everything, subway and lots of restaurants :) We stayed 6 nights and felt like home instantly!

진짜진짜 너무 좋았어요 지금까지 예약했던 펜션들 중에 갑입니다!! 바베큐도 쉽게 하게끔 다 세팅 해주셨고 강아지들 데러갔는데 마당이 넓어서 애견전용 펜션이라고 부를정도로 좋았습니다 담에 연박으로 이용하고 싶네요ㅠ

어른 6명 + 아직 돌이 되지 않은 영아 1명 이 묵었습니다!! 세대를 떠나 다 만족하는 숙소였습니다 : ) 파릇파릇한 산과 깨끗한 하늘을 보고 있다보면 평소에 느끼지 못한 평화로움, 한가로움이 느껴졌습니다! 기본적인 양념들, 분리수거 봉투, 식기류, 이불, 배게, 수건, 드라이기, 샴푸, 바디워시 등등 필요한 것들이 많이 준비되어 있어 더욱 좋았습니다 ! 그리고 호스트분과 소통이 잘 되어 문제해결을 빠르게 할 수 있었습니다! 최근에 방문했던 숙소 중 top3 안에 드는 숙소였습니다!

Ein sehr gemütliches,helles und modernes Hanok mit sehr guter Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage aber zentral in U-Bahn Nähe und dem Bus vor der Tür. Alles wie auf den Fotos abgebildet und super sauber. Angenehme Nachbarschaft mit vielen guten Restaurants,Tempeln und mehreren Wanderwegen. Man gelangt schnell mit dem Bus ins Zentrum zu den Palästen ,Insadong,… oder geht zu Fuß über den Naksan Park zum DDP. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde bestimmt wiederkommen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend und haben immer gleich geantwortet. Probleme zB. mit dem Wasser hatte ich nicht,es lief warm und einwandfrei. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

춘천여행은 처음이였는데 이런좋은 숙소를 알게되어 너무 좋았습니다! 애기랑 강아지들이랑도 첫 여행이였는데 강아지들도 너무만족스러웠고 같이놀러간 친구들도 깔끔하고 좋았다고 말해줬어여! 그리고 호스트님이 굉장히 친절하였고 항상 이른시간이나 늦은시간에 답장도 빨리해주시고 좋았습니다! 다음에도 친구들과 춘천여행을 한다면 숙소는 여기로 하려구여👍🏻

Very clean apartment in a convenient location.

4인 가족이 휴식하려고 방문했습니다. 완벽했습니다! 호스트님의 비밀 선물은 정말 최고였구요. 차가 있다면 15분 거리에 하나로마트 & 편의점 있어서 위치도 좋구요! 무엇보다 주변에 이 숙소만 있어서 정말 고요하고 프라이빗한 느낌이 마음에 들었습니다. 많은 에어비앤비 예약을 했지만 후기를 남기는 건 처음일정도로 만족스러웠습니다!

오랫만에 춘천 여행에 편안함을 주는 숙소였습니다. 깔끔하게 정돈 되어 있었고, 편의시설도 잘 깆추어져 있었어요! 아이들과 함께 지내기에도 좋았습니다! 비가와서 옥상을 마음껏 즐기지 못한게 조금 아쉽네요! 덕분에 즐거운 여행이 되었습니다~

Great host! Allowed us to check in early before 9am because we arrived in Seoul at 630am! House was clean, check in was easy. Great place to stay!

Very comfortable stay. Ample towels, linens, toilet paper, tissues, dishes, etc. it had everything I needed and more. The neighborhood was good location and within walking distance to different locations. Easy for Uber to get to. Shinki was very responsive with any questions I had and notified me of construction on the building ahead of time. I found the place to look better in person than in pics too.

너무나 쾌적한 곳에서 편하게 머물다 갑니다. 주변에 창포원 공원도 있어서 아침에 산책하기에도 좋았어요. 도봉산 근처에 맛집들도 좋았구요. 다음에 다시 또 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement, situé dans un quartier calme mais vivant, idéal pour découvrir la ville, proche du métro et des lignes de bus . L’hébergement est confortable, spacieux , lumineux , et très bien équipé. Il est accessible par ascenseur . Les consignes sont extrêmement bien expliquées. Nous avons apprécié le panier gourmand offert à notre arrivée après un long vol de nuit , une attention très agréable. L’hôte a été réactif et disponible tout au long du séjour. Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement !

My family and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Chris's place. The place was beautiful and we felt right at home after being out all day. Getting around was very easy with subway station located just right in front of the building and walkable distances to many places near by. As soon as we walked in on our first night, my family thanked me for finding such a beautiful place for our vacay in Seoul. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and at home. We will definitely be back!!

숙소가 잠실 롯데마트 백화점이랑 몰 근처에 있고 숙소 아케이드 안에 편의점이랑 식당들도 몇군데 있어 편리해요. 시설이 깨끗했고 호스트님도 되게 친절하십니다.
