Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Seobuk-gu

Had a lovely weeklong stay at Jisung’s place! It was spacious, clean, and the location was ideal—it was so convenient to get to sightseeing places via the subway. The apartment itself was just like the photos and was very clean. We especially appreciated the size of the towels he provided (Korea is known for small bath towels 😂). Jisung was also extremely responsive and was kind enough to let us check out 30 min later so we had a place to stay with our luggage until a friend came to pick us up! Highly recommend if you’re visiting Seoul!

I stayed for 2 nights with my parents. It was a healing experience in a 100-year-old house filled with vintage accessories.

It was a very convenient and comfortable room! There were plenty of towels and an extension cord, so there was no trouble. I'd like to stay here again when I come to Korea!

It's inconvenient to go by car because there's no parking nearby. I think it's good for public transport travelers! It was nice to walk around Namsan Tower in the evening. As a country mouse, it was a different experience and I liked it. When would I ever have the experience of grilling pork belly in a rooftop room in Seoul with a view of Namsan Tower? The Shinhung Market was so cool at night, and the accommodation is right next to it, so I think the location will be great for those who are planning a trip here! You were kind and quick to respond to inquiries!

Outstanding hosts. Very helpful and provided excellent tour guides which we used twice for taking us around Seoul shopping. I highly recommend using the service, All amenities exceed what even the best hotels provide and well stocked. We were met upon arrival and provided with food for breakfast (milk, eggs, bread, etc). I am returning to Seoul in a few weeks and will try to find another COZE bnb. Wifi was high speed and reliable. These folks are a pleasure to stay with!

If you're traveling with a lot of people, I highly recommend this clean and cozy place to stay. The bedding is especially comfortable, there are 3 neat toilets, the living room is spacious, and there is a beam. It is a little high, so you can feel the beautiful rooftop view, the quiet scenery, and the quietness of the friendly neighborhood. The host was also very kind and responsive. Every corner of the space is beautiful, so I'm really satisfied!

I often go to Yeongjongdo, so I usually had a place to stay, but the reservation was already full, so I found this place. But... why didn't I notice this place until now... The surroundings are too quiet, and the welcome drink, The interior is totally my style, the bedroom has a forest view, and the space is more spacious than I thought, and the price is good... There was nothing to criticize.🥰😍 I think I'll settle here in the future. In particular, when unexpected issues arise, I was worried and told the host, I was so grateful and touched that you treated me so comfortably and understood me like a family. This is a great accommodation experience, it is really close to Hongdae subway station, you can walk to the nearby shopping and eating, it is hidden in a lively area but it is not noisy at night, you can get a good sleeping environment, and the host responds quickly, the service is also very good👍 The room is clean and cozy, great for friends to stay together, a great Korean experience to recommend to everyone

I was able to enjoy it very well because there was a beam projector, and it was nice to have board games! The price was a little high, but it was a sufficiently satisfying accommodation!

My parents and I had a wonderful stay at Brian’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and very thoughtfully decorated. Brian was an exceptional host. He is friendly, thoughtful and responsive and provided great local tips. I would recommend Brian’s place to anyone visiting the area!

I rested well with my friends comfortably in a clean facility. I'm very satisfied ~ ~ Good, good, good!!

Linda's airbnb was perfect. It's exactly like in the images and more. We stayed there for 7 days and it's great because the house is complete with appliances, utensils, and other stuff you need like wet wipes and paper towels. Also, the bathroom has all you need for baths like soaps and even small stuff like cotton rounds and ear cleaners. In terms of location, it was perfect because it's only like 2mins walk to the Konkuk University station. It's also in front of the bus station that goes to the airport. It's also very near restaurants and a 7-evelen. All-in-all, the experience is perfect. We will definitely stay back there when we return to Seoul.

It was an older pension, but I loved the cleanliness that I felt as soon as I entered. The bedding was in good condition and the bathroom was clean! And the reviews said that the owners were friendly, but they were really kind:) He also checked the requests right away and gave us feedback ~ I also liked the mountain view from the room, so I thought it would be nice to come back around spring and have a barbecue outside. The owner's wife also uses a hat at Santa Claus because it's Christmas. Anyway, I'm having a nice day thanks to you:)

I booked a place to stay while traveling with my family My parents were also satisfied, and I was able to stay comfortably while staying at the accommodation! It was more comfortable because it could be used as a private room, and even during the time the child stayed at the accommodation I had a great time! The scenery was beautiful, and there was a crib, a baby bottle cleaner, and a baby bottle wash brush, so it was a great place to bring a child. The front yard and backyard lawn were really nice! I want to come again next time

This is a beautiful place, it was very spacious for 6 of us, yet cozy and super comfortable. We love the beddings, they were very comfortable, better than the hotel beds. We actually miss the beds, we were all well rested and feeling so at home. The kitchen utensils were all well provided, there was a Nespresso machine and capsules were provided and Innisfree toiletries, which were "wow" factors. This is our first time staying in this area, the Naver app and Google maps were not that user friendly in Korea, but we got the hang of the place after two days. The bus stops near the apartment are convenient for commuting. Lavender, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your beautiful place, thank you for having us, wish we stayed longer.

Nearby accommodations are already full, so I've been looking into Airbnb. I spent 2 nights and 3 days as comfortable as my home. I was worried about what if there were a lot of big bugs that I didn't get hot water before the trip, but I didn't get bitten in one of the mosquitoes. At night, the sound of frogs and the windows were full of green. Especially the meals you took care of for breakfast for two days are very delicious, so I'm still praising them. It's too bad that the time has passed by. The owner who was going to take care of the owners like girls and more.. I'm already curious about the next season. Thank you for a great summer vacation. I'll visit again soon ^ ^
