Una bellissima casa e una bellissima esperienza di soggiorno. Uno dei più begli alloggi trovati su Airbnb, tutto ottimo dalla casa in sé alla posizione - la veranda con il mare di fronte è indimenticabile - alla disponibilità di Nicoletta, la nostra host. Nicoletta è stata molto disponibile ed esaustiva nel fornire le informazioni necessarie sia per la gestione della casa che per tutto quello che ha riguardato il soggiorno, oltre a essere molto flessibile sia per il check in che per il check out. L'alloggio è in ottime condizioni e corrisponde alle foto dell'annuncio, facile da trovare, oltre che dotato di forniture di base sia per cucinare che per il bagno. Naturalmente fare colazione con il mare davanti e addormentarsi con il rumore delle onde sono elementi che rendono il soggiorno magnifico. Se potessimo torneremmo domani! Our family (4 couples) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the gorgeous villa and we could not have been happier with our choice! First of all, Tatiana was an incredible host who provided lots of helpful information ahead of our stay, flexible check in/check out and responsive, proactive support throughout our stay. Her warm and personal welcome included a generous and thoughtful selection of Sardinian cookies, wine, fruits and various food items. We were truly touched by her kindness! The many terraces, incredible views and comfortable spaces were all highlights for us and enabled us to have quality time together while also allowing room for everyone to do their own thing. The location was perfect for us - peaceful, beautiful and close enough to shops, restaurants etc. as needed. We had 2 cars and although we did venture out on a few days (Cagliari, supermarkets, local beaches) it was hard to leave such a great place so we really made the most of our time at the villa.

We had an amazing time at Francesco's place. The views in the pictures completely lived up to the photos. The location requires steep hikes to get to, but being in this square in this building was absolutely sublime. There is a musician who plays either the accordion or keyboard most days, there are tourists who frequent the Co-Cathedral and church bells. We found all of this o be charming and all things we absolutely loved here. On nice days, having the windows open to allow the outdoors come in was sublime. Cafè Plazuela at the foot of our building is great for coffee and a pastry, and the workers are very friendly. Francesco was responsive to all our needs. We cooked and had all the supplies we needed (oil, vinegar, spices, colander, sharp knives, cheese grater). Additionally, we were there for a month and Francesco gave us a fresh supply of towels and bedding. The couch was comfortable and so was the bed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It's an old building and that's what we loved.

Host inappuntabile. Posizione splendida, davvero ad un passo dal mare. Casa bellissima, evidentemente ristrutturata da poco (almeno, da come si presenta) e benissimo: offre tutti i confort mantenendo alcuni particolari della costruzione originale (porte, pavimento, finestre) che la rendono di gradevolissimo aspetto. Peccato averci passato solo una notte, se tornerò in zona sicuramente alloggerò di nuovo qua.

Roberto è molto gentile. L'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla. Nelle vicinanze si trovano ristoranti e supermercati. Anche il parcheggio in strada è comodo,Camera pulita e comoda.

La casa de Riccardo es una joya Estar ahí para mi fue como un regalo por estar en la ciudad y en una zona más tranquila. El espacio es muy cómodo y agradable. Ricardo fue paciente y accesible con mis tiempos . Un lugar especial para recargar pilas o para aterrizar de entrada. Gracias !

Joe is a very gracious host. He met us on arrival at the parking garage and helped carry our bags to the top floor apartment. His knowledge and experience of the area was very interesting and helpful. The apartment is authentically decorated and extremely well equipped for beach days. There are many beautiful beaches less than an hour away by car, and a lively city beach within 10 minutes drive.

Danielas Unterkunft hat meine Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt – vor allem der Turm war ein echtes Highlight. Dort oben habe ich mich wirklich wie in einem Film gefühlt – einfach magisch! Die gesamte Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und liegt in einer wunderschönen kleinen Stadt, die den klassischen italienischen Charme voll ausstrahlt. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen ein Genuss, immer mit kleinen, liebevollen Überraschungen. Daniela ist eine außergewöhnlich zuvorkommende Gastgeberin – herzlich, aufmerksam und mit einem tollen Gespür für das Besondere. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder!
