Holiday rentals with beach access in Senja

Great place for a base to explore Senja. The apartment is well-equipped ... and huge with beautiful view from the 2 balconies, one on 1st and the other on 2nd floor! We were lucky to spot northern lights every night during our stay. The location is perfect: in a quiet neighborhood while grocery stores and AMFI shopping mall are just 5-minute drive away. All the attractions in Senja (and trail heads) are also within 1-hour drive away. Sigurd also deserves a "superhost" status. Friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Hopefully, we'll get to stay at his place again in the near future.

Clean and well decorated accommodation, located on the beautiful island of Sommarøy with its crystal clear waters. Possibility of walking hikes from the house. Accommodation matches the description but kitchen and a bedroom a little small for 4 adults. However on this beautiful island it is hard to find better.

Had the pleasure of being here for the weekend. Very nice host, very flexible and friendly. The apartment was really nice, clean and had a lovely view. We couldn't have had a better time here and will probably be back. The host was available on message and responded quickly when we had questions. Thanks for a great weekend!

We would come back. Very large and cozy, has everything you need and right on the hiking trail to the highlight of Sommarøy. Very nice host!

Janne's apartment is very cozy. Neatly maintained and very clean. Private parking in front of the door and a lovely terrace where you can sit in the sun. Janne is very friendly and responded quickly to our questions. This Airbnb is a great base for Senja. We have made beautiful trips there. Tip, search online for Scenic Route Senja for the most beautiful tours. Thank you for your hospitality Janne!

In the selective section, I selected the "Place looks like in the photos" option, but it's not true, the place is better than the photos! It may be the most beautiful place we've been to so far!! Wonderful views from the living room window, both bedrooms, patio, garden and jacuzzy 🥹😍 We saw the light every night of our 3 pumpkin stay from the beach, which is next to the house. And when the sky was on the other side of the sky (not visible from our beach), it was enough to go to another beach for shortcuts, to the other end of the island (maybe 100 meters) A charming barbecue gazebo that is available to guests complete the image of this place as a small paradise on a land perfect for a getaway. The owners are super nice and very helpful! We can't get into this place and its hosts! 🤗 WE RECOMMEND WHOLEHEARTEDLY!!!

Stein and Karen were great hosts! The Airbnb was a little hard to find and reach amidst the snow and ice. But Stein personally came out to welcome and guide us. The equipment, especially the crampons, that they lent us were lifesavers for when we drove around Kvaløya to hunt for Northern Lights. The Airbnb itself was very cozy and well equipped. Very beautiful views that matched the photos. We were very lucky and was able to see the Aurora right from the patio on both nights that we stayed. Would love to stay again if we visit!

We had a pleasant stay at Jan’s place. The house has all the amenities you would need on a holiday. It’s in a very peaceful neighbourhood. The jacuzzi was a real treat!

Amazing house surrounded by the most beautiful Norwegian nature. Inside you can find everything you need, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room. In the bed room you can rest as much as you can. It is really nice location to start your Senja journey. Highly recommended!!!

the house impresses with its beautiful location directly on the sea, we could watch northern lights directly from the terrace. the living room invites for cozy hours by the fire. in the Nordic Hotel 500m on foot there was a great breakfast buffet. so we can highly recommend a stay here, there is nothing missing!

We wanted somewhere comfortable, warm with amazing views across a fjord. This house was perfect. We enjoyed watching the landscape change with the weather. We saw fantastic Northern Lights on the two clear nights from inside the house, but had to go outside as they were all over the sky. A good place for photography. The house is extremely well equipped and has everything you need, including snow shoes which enabled us to go on two walks in the deep snow. The log burner was fantastic with plenty of logs and the WiFi was great. Anne was an amazing host keeping in touch and updating us on a road closure due to an avalanche risk. We would definitely stay here again.

Well placed to radiate around Senja for a ski trip. Responsive host and listing as described. The different lounges, jacuzzi and veranda are a real plus to relax after a day of skiing. I recommend it.

This is the most restorative and peaceful place ever! Our 3rd year back. Sadly only 2 days were open, otherwise we would have stayed for much longer. Excellent host, and amazing views. Best place we have stayed.

I stayed in the apartment in the house for four nights. It was worth every penny. Very clean and cozy. Erlend always responded quickly to queries and was very straightforward. There is a mobile, wood-fired sauna by the fjord, which you can rent for a small fee. I highly recommend it. Sea eagles and seals right in front of the window.

Fantastic apartment which was modern, clean and stylish, very well equiped kitchen, great views, magnificent nature, perfect for seeing the aurora borealis as it is far enough away from the lights of Tromsø. There is a aurora lookout on the road to Rekvik, about 7 minutes by car from the apartment, but the best views that we had of the aurora were from the garden of the apartment! But the best part it all were the welcoming and friendly hosts Steinar og Anne :)
