Beautiful property, it almosy felt like being inside a movie :) peaceful and spacious. Beds were 10/10. We especially enjoyed the fire place outside as well as the living room decor!

We had a very nice time. The house is very idyllic on the edge of the forest and a small town with a bakery is within walking distance, so we could have fresh croissants for breakfast every day. Biliana was always easy to reach. You should perhaps know that one bedroom is a passageway to the next bedroom.

Pleasant short stay in Peter's cottage, well renovated combining comfort and charm! Plenty of space, quiet and impeccably clean. Peter was very responsive and friendly in his various communications, and we were happy to chat with him a little (in English!) during our stay. A very nice place that we recommend!

The stay in an old converted train station was fantastic. The property has been lovingly renovated and furnished. It is a real paradise, also for our dog, who appreciates the large garden and has recognized it as his "territory". Particularly important: your own office with an excellent WiFi connection, ideally suited for home office. Particularly noteworthy: the incredible cordiality of Renato and his housekeeper Valerie. Wonderful house for family gatherings near Joigny. Comfortable beds- wonderful outdoor area and has all the kitchen amenities we needed to house our family. If you go- don’t forget towels for the bathrooms. Linens for beds included but not towels.

We spent a night in the Flot farm. We were a group of 5 adults and 5 children and everyone loved the experience. The house is very clean and very well decorated. Everything you need is available in the house and there is even a small shop to buy local products: fruit juice, vegetables, pasta, jams. Flo and her husband were great hosts, very welcoming and always available without being invasive. The farm visit and the activity we did made the experience very rewarding and pleased the young and old. The many animals, some of which roam freely, were a wonderful surprise! A real moment of relaxation just 1 hour and 30 minutes from Paris.

Everything was perfect! Had a great weekend! Thank you so much for hosting us, the village is beautiful. We'll be happy to go back!

Guesthouse with a lot of character, very functional in terms of amenities, comfortable bedding, each room is equipped with a bathroom which is an asset especially for a group of 12 people. The garden is very nice and the winter lounge allows for a relaxing moment. Walking distance to Vermenton train station. Sarah and her companion are very responsive and welcoming and made our stay easier. To be repeated without hesitating, perfect stay.

The cottages on offer were perfect for bringing the family together. We were 12 and the compositions of the rooms and beds made it possible to satisfy everyone. The cottages are comfortable and well equipped. We would recommend it in a second.

The place is really nice to chill with some friends by the pool and go BBQ with plenty of games and a Ping Pong table. Benjamin's wife even gave us some delicious strawberries from their garden.

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful house in Fontaine La Gaillarde for the Ascension weekend. It is tastefully furnished and you feel good there. The brand new kitchen is extremely well equipped. The weather was favorable and we were able to spend a lot of time in the garden and on the terrace. The small pool allowed us to cool off. William is very kind, excellent communication.

Accommodation with beautiful amenities (swimming pool, decor) but in a correct state of cleanliness without the nooks and crannies and small details being impeccable. Beautiful exterior and very pleasant living rooms.

We had a wonderful time The play attic was phenomenal, our kids didn't know what they saw. In addition, we swam wonderfully, we had a very sweet roommate (cat Luffy) and what we also liked is that - although in a village - you are completely private. Also the communication was nice and fast and we got a warm welcome at arrival. We hope to come back again.
