Good stay, had all the basic amenities except for WIFI. Mobile data coverage is quite bad at the unit.

We had a pleasant stay at Sematan Roxy in this cozy, clean, and well-kept house. The moment we opened the door, we were greeted with a beautiful sunrise view right from the room. The balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of hot coffee while taking in the peaceful sea view. Everything looked just like the photos on Airbnb—if not even better! Our host, Mr. Ang, was very responsive and friendly, which made our trip in Sematan smooth and enjoyable. Thank you again for keeping the place so clean and comfortable. We truly appreciated it and would definitely love to come back again!

A wonderful spot in Sematan for a large family of six. The place is affordable, clean, and comes with WiFi. I really enjoyed my stay at Sematan Roxy Apartment and would definitely stay here again. Located on the top floor, the ocean view was absolutely stunning. Since there were no guests before us, we were allowed to check in early.

We were really pleased with our stay at Take 3. A very nice unit with excellent beach view, complete with all amenities needed. The host is very good, and the instructions to get to the unit is easy to follow. Will definitely comeback again.

I had a great and comfortable stay at the house. It was very clean, kids friendly, and all the household utilities were complete and well-prepared. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. If you're planning to visit, you only need to bring your clothes and food—everything else is already provided. There's no need to worry about lacking any essentials. I will definitely come again!

It was a great place to stay for a very short vacation with a small group of friends/family. The only thing that can be improved maybe provide a wifi for easy communication since the place is very hard to find the connection.

I recently stayed at luxe townhouse at Roxy, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was decent, offering just enough comfort for a relaxing stay. The pool area was a highlight—clean and well-maintained, perfect for cooling off. I also appreciated the BBQ facilities, which were spacious and convenient for gatherings. However, the beach was a bit disappointing, as it was not as clean as expected. Another issue was the occasional network interruptions; it’s worth getting a unit with Wi-Fi if you rely on connectivity. On the brighter side, the couch was super comfy, and the kitchen was spotless, making it easy to feel at home. Despite the minor drawbacks, it’s a great place for a getaway. With some improvements, like better beach upkeep and more reliable internet, it could be even better. I’d definitely consider staying here again! owner also give early checkin! kudos to the owner..

Good location, beautiful scenery

Place so cool, comfortable to stay in. It's a short walk to the beach. We had a great massage at the Oasis. Gyms, convenient store, restaurant all are brand new, pretty good to have one so I think it will be more facilities available soon. Hopefully can have WiFi connection in that area. We definitely back again. Thank you.

The unit is conveniently located in front of the lift lobby, making it easy to access. Plus, there's a restaurant downstairs, and Leepapa Mart is just a few steps away. As an added bonus, the unit is located in Block C, which has easy access to parking. We really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoy stay here, connecting room is really good for family's day. Host is fast response and help you to answer every question.. Will repeat again next time with this host. Tqsm😘 if can, provide also microwave so can reheat foods easy hehee, just my opinion ya☺️
