Holiday rentals with a patio in Selm

Our far too short time in Vera's small loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. We felt right at home thanks to Vera's warm nature. The accommodation is super clean and decorated with visible creativity, love and craftsmanship in all corners. It is really very cozy and, due to the many upcycling and the beautiful location, exceptional and close to nature. Despite the rain, we sat for a long time in the covered outdoor area, watching the cats and ducks and listening to the pouring rain. Lake Baldeney is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. Thanks to Vera's good description and reliable accessibility, you can find the hidden cottage very well. We will be happy to come back ☀️ Greetings from Cristian and Venice

Johannes is a great host, everything well prepared. The apartment is well laid out and everything you need is on site. Even a terrace with a view of the garden. The residential area is very quiet, and you have to go somewhere else to eat. He even provided a bicycle on request, very good.

The place was impeccable. Very nice environment with lots of shopping and also very accessible by public transport. The hostess was very friendly and exceeded all my expectations. I'll go back to this place anytime!

Super clean home and nice bathroom and very spacious room And in quiet surroundings and nature. There is walking distance to the bakery where it recommends your breakfast , much needed after a long drive. we felt relaxed and fony after visiting. Can recommend visits *****

We spent an extended weekend in Hamm and were very satisfied with the accommodation. It is fitted to a very high specification and was in a perfect location for us. Quiet, but with the bikes we were able to reach everything well. We felt very comfortable.

Simply great. We were with 3 small children (incl. baby) there. The apartment was perfectly equipped for it. The communication was completely uncomplicated and it was simply well organized. Raphael and his family were also extremely friendly and helpful on site. We had a lot of fun and the apartment is highly recommended. We would come back.

We spent a relaxed long weekend with 6 adults and 2 children in the wooden house. The wooden house is exactly as described: very cozy, well equipped (basic equipment in the kitchen, enough towels...) and very idyllically located. Communication with Norbert in advance and on site was very friendly and uncomplicated. We would come back.

Thanks for the wonderful stay. The apartment/house is beautiful and furnished with great attention to detail. Everything is super clean and well maintained. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and a little more. Ruth is a very likeable, great hostess who has plenty of tips for activities and excursions. The contact with her was perfect. We felt very comfortable from the first minute. The garden is a dream and perfect for our dogs, as it is completely fenced. So we and the dogs could enjoy every minute there. We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to spending another vacation in this "perfect location".

It was a lovely stay. The house was spacious, clean and the beds were (too) comfortable. The garden is to fall in love with. Enjoy the birds, squirrels and other animals we have seen. The only pity was the weather, but despite that, it was fantastic. We will definitely come back when the sun is shining. Marcus is particularly helpful and the communication is very friendly. Bella’s place is a bit of a gem. A large two bed flat, with great living space. Location is quiet and peaceful and we were able to walk into the city. Plenty of public transport too. Communication was great.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The fenced garden was ideal for our dogs, who also enjoyed the walks by the nearby water. Everything was tip top clean and beautifully furnished - you could tell that someone had made an effort. The surroundings are amazing and you can quickly reach all the interesting places in the Ruhr area. An absolute recommendation!
