Its peaceful place for every one feels as at home. The house is beautiful and cosy, specially the patio with a beautiful view. The house surrounded by flowers and trees. I really enjoyed to stay with my family. Lots of available street parking. All restaurants, shops and beaches are 5-10 min to drive.

Ms. Zeynep is a nice host. You can quickly answer your questions. Mr. Hakan, who met us, and his wife are also very kind and helpful. Davutlar is calm, the site is full of listening. The pool is very clean and sometimes you use it as a private pool. Having two bathrooms is an advantage. There is air conditioning but not necessary. It's not too humid. You can open the windows and go to bed. There's a mosquito net. Ants are a bit of a hassle in the kitchen, but there's an ant medicine in the kitchen. If you have young children, you can go to İçmeler Bay in the National Park. The sea is like sand and the pool. If there are no children, you can go to other bays, calmer but stony. You can take your evening tea and beach damage to Sevgi Beach and get off. It's fun to watch the sunset. A101, Migros house service is available From Getir de Domino's etc.

Unforgettable stay in a hidden paradise This was one of the most unbelievable places we’ve ever stayed! Tucked away inside a serene mandarin garden, the mansion is the perfect retreat for families or groups looking for peace, beauty, and a touch of luxury. The surroundings are calm and lush, and the view of the beach at sunset is absolutely magical. The amenities are exceptional—an infinity pool, and even table tennis and a pool table made every day enjoyable. It truly felt like a private resort. What made our stay even more special was the host. Not only was he incredibly welcoming and friendly, but he also went out of his way to bring us fresh fruit and even drove us to the grocery store—something we’ll never forget. This place is ideal for family reunions. I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful everything was. I hope to come back someday soon—it really was a dream.

We love Kuş Adası and as a large family, we needed to rent an additional house. We wanted to have a nice experience. And so it was. First of all, it is within the site, it is away from Traffic and Noise, it is central, it has a Beautiful Pool, it is Clean, it is close to the Sea, it is close to shopping places, I can say that it met all the holiday and facilities I need. The fact that the business provided opportunities in line with the needs, and the rapid support in response to the demand exceeded our expectations. First of all, I would like to thank the host and Mr. Akif. The photos are exactly as the house is (even more beautiful than the photos). Everything was given to us in a clean and perfect way. We had everything we needed at home. It is close to the center and even to every place to visit in Kuşadası. It was a house that we visited again and again.

The apartment is exactly as described, with a magnificent, brand new facility. You can book blindfolded. Mr. Giray was extremely helpful with all our requests. Thank you for everything, especially snacks and drinks.

Nice stay with family in the house in Psili Amos. It was nice and quiet near a sandy beach. Katerina helped us very well and always right away! Friendly people in the neighborhood. Very much enjoyed!

A great apartment in the mountains. Quiet, very beautiful. The pool is shared. There were few people. Very often we bathed together. It's not far from the city. If you have a car, it's a very good place. The host is always available. Check-in and check-out without the host - the key is in a special box, with a PIN code. I recommend it if you want a quiet and peaceful vacation. The description and photos correspond to reality.
