What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Ronaldo and Patrizia are great hosts and wonderful people, Bamboo is the best companion. The place itself is full of magic. Beautiful views, wonderful nature, sunrise in your windows. Close to Arezzo with its amazing history and culture. Our stay here was more than holiday. It was like gaining equilibrium in life. And we also tasted the best ever olive oil made by Rolando! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Lyndalls Haus in Lecchi in Chianti! Das Grundstück, das Haus und der Pool waren sogar größer und schöner als erwartet. Die Landschaft ist traumhaft – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, sodass wir fast jeden Tag gekocht haben. Auch die Restaurant-Empfehlung im Ort war ein Volltreffer. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Lyndall!

Valeria und Simone haben eine super schöne und saubere Wohnung! Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet einen super Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir immer gute Tipps und Ratschläge von den beiden bekommen. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt und da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte er sich frei bewegen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Es war eine unglaublich schöne Zeit!

Wygodny apartament z przepięknym widokiem na jezioro (przeszklona ściana w salonie). Urokliwe łóżko na antresoli. Duży, zadbany basen. Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny gospodarz. Dom położony na styku Toskanii i Umbrii, tuż obok Perugia, Asyz, Cortona. Dobry jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania.

Phenomenal. Beautiful villa with unbelievable views. Spacious two bedroom and third big loft area. Great kitchen, well equipped. Lovely outdoor spaces and pool. Up a long dirt road but our car had no problem. Michela and Marco were so organized, meeting us to show us and providing lots of recommendations. So peaceful!

Excellent from start to finish. Even before our arrival at the property, David (who was in the UK at the time) & his estate manager (Raymond), were extremely responsive in helping some of our group with a difficult situation. Check in was handled in a most friendly way and we quickly settled into the tranquil lifestyle. We were a group of 5, and so only used 3 of the 4 bedrooms, but this effectively meant that we had 3 separate and private areas for the 2 couples and 1 single occupant, each with our own bathroom. And there are more than enough communal areas for relaxing, socialising and dining - both indoors and outdoors. The property contained everything we needed for our 10 day stay, except a cooling sleeve for the non-red wines (hard to find in Italy it seems!). We were also lucky enough to meet David and Raymond, and both were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Recommendations on local restaurants were spot on, though only one was in walking distance. We will be back!!

Samotný "rezort" bol na kopci s krásnymi výhľadmi, obrovská záhrada, bazén, všetko štýlové také Toskánske, okolie prenádherné, pohoda, kľud,pokoj, všetko čo tu potrebujete tak aj nájdete. Para valorar esta propiedad, hay que empezar por el ANFITRIÓN, un profesional en toda regla. Desde el minuto 0 de la reserva, hasta la salida; siempre atento, muy amable y muy profesional. Es un placer conocer gente seria y esto la da un valor a la aplicación. La beach house, es un paraíso en Italia. Fácil acceso, cuidado al detalle, paz, naturaleza, comodidad. Nuestro viaje era en familia con nuestros dos caniches y creo que fueron los que más disfrutaron de la propiedad, verlos correr y saltar por las zonas verdes de la propiedad y convivir con muchas aves, conejos no tiene precio. Nuestra hija disfrutó su estancia estudiando y con la paz y tranquilidad del lugar, no le costó nada concentrarse. Nosotros en cambio, hicimos turismo por la zona, todo muy cerca y bien comunicado por carretera. Es una propiedad muy cuidada, segura y sobretodo disfrutar de sus puesta de sol, sentado en una tumbona, disfrutando de un buen vino (de la zona) es una experiencia irrepetible. Gracias Maurizio.

Wir waren 4 Tage vor Ort und es war einfach traumhaft. Die Anreise war problemlos und Flavia hat uns sehr herzlich vor Ort empfangen. Nach einem kurzen Rundgang durchs Haus und einer kurzen Einweisung konnte der Urlaub beginnen. Ein Zettel mit Restaurant Empfehlungen und Ausflugszielen lag auf dem Tisch bereit. Nach einem kurzen Gewitter hatten wir Stromausfall, aber Flavia war sofort erreichbar und innerhalb 5min hatten wir auch wieder Strom. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft für jeden empfehlen, der sich nach Ruhe sehnt und die Natur genießen möchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine wirklich wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft! Sie ist genauso wie auf den Fotos: Sehr schön eingerichtet, ruhig und mit tollem Ausblick. Eines der schönsten Airbnbs, in denen wir bisher waren! Der Pool war leider geschlossen, dafür kann man aber in den umliegenden Seen schwimmen gehen. Wir waren nur zwei Nächte dort, wollen aber ganz sicher noch einmal wiederkommen und dann auch länger bleiben!

Fantastische locatie in het laatste dorpje voordat je echt de bergen in gaat! En toch is de bewoonde wereld en de supermarkt nog geen 10 minuten rijden. Het huis was voor ons tweetjes ruim genoeg, eigenzinnig ingericht en comfortabel. Michele is een toffe host die op een aangename manier in de buurt is en rustig communiceert. We kregen verse eitjes en visstoof van hem en hij heeft ons een paar goeie tips over de omgeving gegeven. We hebben de jacuzzi niet gebruikt, maar de yoga-studio wel. Ook de dorpsbewoners - en dat zijn er niet veel - waren heel vriendelijk.

L'appartamento di Graziano è grande,comodo,pulito,super fornito e situato in una posizione comodissima per chi come noi voleva visitare Anghiari,Citerna, Città di Castello e San Sepolcro. Non ho conosciuto personalmente Graziano, ma è sempre stato presente e attento a rispondere ai messaggi. Trovo il rapporto qualità/prezzo della casa ottimo e la pulizia (ahimé non così scontata) eccellente.

La casa di Marco ci ha accolti e coccolati per tutto il soggiorno. Fornita di ogni comfort è l'ideale per visitare Anghiari e i suoi dintorni. Comodissimo il garage per mettere le bici al sicuro. Punto di riferimento per la zona a mio avviso. Grazie

Stayed here last week for 5 days. On arrival we were met with a welcome basket of food a bottle of wine a bottle of homemade olive oil and also bottles of water on arrival. The pictures don’t do it justice it felt like a place out of a fairytale, the property is surrounded by tons of olive trees and greenery. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday this is place to go. Rosella was amazing with quick responses and extremely welcoming, we are definitely going again next year.

first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

We had an unforgettable stay at this incredible home in the middle of the forest. It’s located in a peaceful and quiet area—exactly what we needed to escape the noise and stress of the city. The house itself is amazing: authentic, very clean, and it stays cool even during hot weather. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. One of our favorite things was the built-in barbecue area right in the kitchen—such a unique and cozy experience. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully with the windows open. It was so quiet, with only the sounds of nature around us. Nearby, there’s a river and a few natural pools with small waterfalls—perfect for a refreshing dip after a hike. At night, the forest lit up with fireflies (we were lucky to be there during the season), which was absolutely magical. And the starry sky was just breathtaking—so many stars, clearly visible without city lights. Petra, the host, was incredibly kind and welcoming. This was truly unforgettable!

Wir waren für 3 Nächte mit unseren beiden Kindern bei Stefano und es hat uns überaus gut gefallen! Die Lage war sehr, sehr ruhig und man war sehr schnell zu Fuß bei der U Bahn, wo wir alle Sehenswürdigkeit problemlos erreichen konnten. Der Vatikan war fußläufig erreichbar. Der kleine Balkon war wirklich herrlich zum draußen sitzen, wo wir unseren Prosecco genießen konnten, der schon vom Gastgeber für uns kaltgestellt wurde. Das Appartment war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.

Nicola bnb was amazing! Perfect to relax and such a lovely bnb. Nicola is the perfect host. Highly recommend. So very beautiful with surrounding huge mountains. A great base to explore surrounding areas. And a bonus, the cats are geougous. Thank you

Sehr schöne Wohnung inmitten der Olivenhaine. Der Ausblick ist gigantisch. Abends kamen Stechmücken hervor, was jedoch der tollen Lage in der Natur geschuldet ist. Ins Stadtzentrum braucht man mit dem Auto circa 10 min, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind zu weit entfernt. Unsere Gastgeber konnten uns immer direkt weiterhelfen und uns gute Tipps geben. Ein tolle Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, die wir weiterempfehlen können.
