Housing on a natural plot

Stay in the countryside in our 140 m² wooden house. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as needed. Feel free to enjoy our large garden of 15,500 m² with many cozy nooks and a fireplace. We have 15 hens and a rooster that contribute to the rural atmosphere. The house is on one level and has a large, bright living room and a country kitchen. We live in a former cottage on the property.

Consumption is paid according to meter, electricity DKK 3.79 per kwh, reduced to DKK 3 due to lower tax per 1/1-26. water DKK 89 per m3, landlord reads meter at check-in and out and sends charge for actual consumption via Airbnb

Lovely separate bright apartment of 70 sqm consisting of three rooms: Kitchen- family room, bathroom and bedroom. Outdoor area in front of the apartment with cafe table and chairs. Shopping is less than one kilometer away and located in scenic surroundings. It is possible to borrow a cot and pets are allowed for a fee. Here are great hikes, challenging cycling terrain and 15 minutes to the beach. Our house is modern and fully heated with underfloor heating and hot water. There is a ceiling for tilting and great light in the open plan with a double bed in each floor and bathroom on the ground floor. On the farm, we run a smokehouse and farm shop on weekends.
