Large and renovated cottage in scenic Overby Lyng on Sjællands Odde. Located 400m from the water, well hidden on a main road and free of road noise. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and large kitchen/living room. In addition, garden with trampoline, large terrace, barbecue and wilderness bath. Short walk down to the beach at Sejerøbugten. In the opposite direction 700m to Kattegat. Note: - The guest will bring their own bedding, towels and tea towels. -The guest cleans completely before departure. Hosted for couples or families with children.

The house is located in beautiful quiet natural surroundings down to Esrum Å. From the house there is a view of the garden, Å and fields. Next to the house is the main house where sometimes there may be some. The house is nice with a nice kitchen and bathroom and everything a house should have. 10 min walk from lovely sandy beach. In addition to a large double bed for 2 people, the house has a 140 cm box mattress on the loft. There is free access to kayaks, sup, firepit, bikes and fishing poles. New VILDMARKSBAD and ICE BATH are for a fee.

138m2 cozy, sauna, car charger, close to beach and town

Cozy cottage of 138 sqm with ample space for 4 adults and 4 children and up to 2 infants in a travel cot. The summerhouse is newly renovated. Min. 4 day out of season and 1 week in high season. Final cleaning DKK 850, - per stay. A wood basket is supplied with firewood, please bring your own wood. You pay for consumption according to the meter, electricity 3.79 kr. per kwh I reserve the right to increase the price, water 79 kr. per m3, landlord reads at check in and out and sends a charge for actual consumption after check out.

Poolhouse, No smoking

Bemærk - rygeforbud gælder alle inden og udendørsområder. Du har køer og heste som tætteste naboer. Lejligheden er lille, men med plads til 4 overnattende gæster. Poolen er ikke opvarmet om vinteren, men lejligheden udlejes til reduceret pris fra 01. Oktober til 30. April. Pool kan anvendes kold ved tilkøb af sauna. 150,-/dag Spaen er opvarmet hele året, fra 01. Oktober til 30. April er der tillæg for spa på 150,-/dag Fra 1.maj til 30. september er poolen opvarmet og kan benyttes af gæster

Charming farmhouse the Countryside

The house is 220 m2 of high quality living space i the danish countryside by Lake Gyrstinge in Central Zealand. 4 doublerooms, sleeping loft w. 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms, kitchen fully equiped for 10 persons, big living room. Completely furnished with all neccesary houshold utensils. The house holds a wood-fired sauna and a wilderness spa which guests can rent for an additional fee of DKK 1100 for the spa and 700 for the sauna. If you rent both items the cost is DKK 1500 for two days.
