Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

It is an ideal starting point to explore the many hiking, cycling and skiing possibilities.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Franzi's Rosa Residence

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt an der Skipiste und besticht durch das imposante Panorama auf die umliegenden Berge. Das Apartment verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad, einem Balkon sowie ein Studio mit einem großen Esstisch und zwei gemütlichen Schlafsofas. Gratis Sauna inklusive.

The apartment also has underfloor heating and Wi-Fi.

The apartment has a private balcony where you can let your gaze wander over the Dolomites.
