Holiday rentals with a patio in Seine

Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

What a fabulous apartment. Had everything you needed. Nicely decorated. Comfy beds, fantastic shower. Communication was prompt, pleasant and helpful. Great position. Minutes from public transport. 10 minutes from Gare du Nord. Would definitely stay here again. Safe, private and quiet. A real gem

Perfect for an affordable, cozy place to sleep. Host was helpful and quick to respond to any needs. Bed was comfortable, and the privacy is great. The mini kitchen and laundry machines were very much appreciated, especially at this price point. Perfect for tourists as it's a 3 min walk from the RER train station. Light sleepers might not like the sounds of the traffic in the early morning, but it's that spot that makes this place so convenient. Outside of rush hour, it's a calm and pretty neighbourhood. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants are a 2-3 min walk. Plane spotters will also appreciate this place as there's a great view of the air traffic around noon.

Great place to stay, beautifully clean, super communication with host. We arrived early and they worked so hard to clean quickly to let us in at 3pm. We would stay again. Very restful and quiet. The balconies are amazing.

Great location outside of central Paris, buses connecting to subways close by. Very convenient location if you want to explore Paris but stay outside of the city center

I had a fantastic stay! The place was super cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful,. The area is beautiful and peaceful, with everything you need nearby. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone!

Fabulous location , close to everything and all within walking distance and close to pubic transportation Perfect for our party of three.Great to have AC in the bedrooms as the outside temperature on 3 days was 85 F.

This Abby is fabulous, a lovely apartment with lots of space internally and no end of the items you would expect to find. All the bedding is of the highest quality and very comfortable. Externally the garden space is a very pleasant area to sit and relax in, secure for your dogs, safe and easy to clean. I would highly recommend this Abnb to anyone and all. Beautiful house with a still enchanting garden. Everything was clean and the most important things on site. Laurent asked, without being intrusive, if everything was there and if we were satisfied. In summary, it was very nice and definitely worth a visit. Thanks a bunch

We had a pleasant time at Maryam's! Our host was very responsive, from the preparation of our trip! The accommodation was very clean and well arranged. Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

This studio is aptly named (the nest). Very well equipped and nicely decorated in a very quiet neighborhood. Marion is very friendly, available, smiling. A place not to be missed for a quiet stay near the Loir.

Super nice and cozy apartment within walking distance of the center of Reims. Everything was perfect and a wonderful garden to relax in. The parking garage is great and nice! However, as described for a smaller car. Recommended to stay here for a visit to Reims!

Very functional accommodation for a couple with children. Quiet, clean and very well maintained!

One word: exceptional. A breathtaking panorama of the sea and the cliffs (despite the work trestles), perfectly oriented for sunsets and allows you to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The ideal position in Etretat to do everything on foot (hikes, shops, cafes, restaurants...). The surrounding calm despite the proximity to shops / the beach (if you are sensitive to noises like me we hear a lot from the neighbors). The accommodation has everything you need and is very pleasant. Marine and Adam are available and attentive to make you feel at your best and to give you advice. It was a lovely stay, thank you!

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

Perfect place to stay near La Défense. The bedding is very comfortable, the environment at the back of a courtyard is very quiet in a residential area, and the amenities are functional. All 20 min walk to the Grande Arche (or 2 tram stops). Perfect. This place is my usual base when I travel for several days in La Défense.
