Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Seine

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Beautiful and peaceful setting by the river. Great garden for the dogs plus kayak and paddle boards to explore the river for longer stays. Cecile accommodated an earlier check in which was very much appreciated. It's a shame we didn't have longer to explore the area.

Suite incroyable, a notre arrivée non avons été accueilli par Richard, tres gentil , de bonne explications sur l'utilisation des appareils, très disponible, la communication via Airbnb a également été excellent avec Pierre ; réactif et précis dans ses réponses. Cest un petit cocon qui transpire le calme et l'harmonie, nous avons passez un magnifique séjour, literie très confortable, la hauteur sous plafond est aussi très agréable, c'est simple nous avons tout aimé ! un grand merci et nous reviendrons !

We had the most fabulous stay at le chalet, a beautifully crafted house that just keeps on giving, form the view to the hot tub, you simply couldn’t ask for a better spot to stop and relax for a few days. Delphine was fantastic! Hospitable to the maximum and available to help with any request we had. I could go back again and again and I certainly will be doing that. Quite simply put, a showstopper not to be missed! Thank you Delphine for the most wonderful stay.

Dans un hâvre de tranquillité au bord de la rivière, une adorable petite maison absolument conforme à la description de l'annonce, idéale pour un couple, nous attendait. Aleksa et Alexandre sont des hôtes tout à fait charmants et accueillants. Pour un prochain séjour, nous opterions plus pour l'autre maisonette au bout de leur terrain avec un jardin et une terrasse plus privative offrant davantage d'intimité et qui possède également un accès direct à la rivière. La balade avec le canoë mis à disposition est un vrai plus avec son environnement verdoyant et bucolique à souhait. Le centre de Chartres et sa cathédrale à 15mn en véhicule et le château de Maintenon qui mérite le detour est à 35mn. Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen. Perfekte Unterkunft um mal komplett abzuschalten in einer sehr ruhigen und idyllischen Gegend

Eigenlijk zijn wij bij toeval in Château-Landon terecht gekomen. Wij hadden het verblijf een dag van te voren voor onze terugreis uit Bretagne geboekt, omdat een andere accommodatie geannuleerd werd. Wij waren blij dat het zo spontaan lukte. Het ontvangst was fijn. De ruimte en tuin met uitzicht over het dal zijn heel mooi en perfect voor een paar dagen. De gastvrouw is aardig en altijd bereikbaar.

We had a great stay in Paris. Rodolphe’s place was just as described and very close to transport that we could explore Paris on our own. Our stay was made even more enjoyable by the host Rodolphe, very responsive, flexible and prompt with replies. Hands down the best host I have experienced so far. Definitely recommend this place and Rodolphe.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen! Super schönes, modern eingerichtetes AirBnB. Zentrale Lage direkt an der Metro. Die Kommunikation mit Meli war sehr unkompliziert. Obwohl sich unsere Ankunft etwas verzögert hat, wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Nur zu empfehlen! :)

Amamos quedarnos en el sitio de Agathe, las vistas a la torre Eiffel eran absolutamente fantásticas. Ella siempre amable, el lugar muy comodo y acogedor. Una ubicación genial, íbamos caminando a los campos marte para hacer picnic o a la torre Eiffel misma. El condominio donde está el apartamento también es muy bello, era agradable llegar, te sentías siempre bien recibido. Sin duda nos volveríamos a quedar.

First of all from start to finish communication was absolutely first class. Accommodation was more than anticipated. Met and matched all of our aspirations. Cleanliness was perfect. Hosts Isabelle and Pascal are just truly wonderful people. Felt very blessed to have found a location this close to Paris without the normal clutter and to boot a market twice a week within eyesight from front door. Just wonderful. Thoroughly recommended this accommodation and location to any and all. 😃

Me agradó mucho que Florian me dio la información a detalle y fue demasiado amable, tiene una vista muy linda de una calle muy transitada, solo las escaleras soy muy cansadas y algo peligrosas si llevas maletas grandes , al inicio pensamos que era oscura la zona de las escaleras pero encontramos los apagadores blancos que están a un lado de las puertas (tip) Todo muy cómodo y ordenado Volvería a reservar aquí sin duda 🫶🏻

Absolutely loved my stay! The apartment was very clean, peaceful, and perfectly located just a short walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe. Everything was exactly as described, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Etienne's flat is beautiful and made me feel very welcomed. His moderne decor and great use of space felt very comfortable and warm. The view from the balconies were quintessentially Parisian and the tre chic Le Marais neighborhood is charming and full of boutiques and cafes. The location is perfect I will definitely be returning again. Albeit, it is a 5 floor walk-up to the flat, the beautiful interior of the stairs made the walk up and down quite remarkable. Love the timeless French architecture. You will love his apartment.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

I loved this place! It was quiet, close to restaurants and supermarket. It was easy to get into Paris on RER B. I was so comfortable here and it felt like a home away from home! The hosts were friendly, responsive, and very helpful. I would stay here again if I come back to Paris! It was clean and looks exactly like the pictures. My son and I stayed about a week, and had no problems. Beds were comfortable and slept well! I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Die Unterkunft von Julian ist Sehr empfehlenswert. Diese liegt zwar etwas weit von Paris entfernt aber mit der Regionalbahn ist man schnell da. Wir hatten da einen schönen Aufenthalt und würde diese bei der nächsten Gelegenheit noch einmal buchen. Merci Julien!

Très bon logement, avec une localisation vraiment très bien que ce soit pour une accessibilité en voiture ou transport en commun. Hôtes très réactifs, disponibles et arrangeant ! C’est très appréciable. Un peu chaud la nuit (mais nous étions présent sur des journées à plus de 33 degrés et des nuits chaudes également) heureusement un ventilateur était à disposition dans le logement ce qui nous a bien servi !

Das Appartement ist sehr gemütlich und modern ausgestattet. Es war sehr heiß in Paris, als wir dort waren. Als wir das Apartment erreicht hatten liefen zwei Ventilatoren, was sehr schön und erfrischend war. Tolle Handtücher, einen Föhn und ein paar nützliche Paris-Infos lagen bereit.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Le logement correspond aux photos, et il est très bien décoré. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du petit jardin à cause des températures un peu froide pour nous. La localisation est idéale pour se rendre à Disney, nous recommanderons à nos proches.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
