The proximity to numerous leisure highlights make the location so special, such as the Serengeti Park, Heide Park, Aqua Mundo, Snow Dome, Vogelpark, outlet center and the proximity to the Harz Mountains and the coast.

In the middle of the Schaumburger Land, the house is an ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking or just for relaxing. Quiet and village but still centrally located, not far from Hanover or Hameln. In summer as well as in winter, the Schaumburger Land invites you to extensive hikes on foot or by bike. From here you can quickly reach many great amusement parks, start cycling tours or paddle tours on the Aller or simply relax and enjoy the tranquility and birdlife in the "Haus am Holder." The vacation home "Haus am Holder" is lovingly renovated and can accommodate 4 people.

A special highlight is the spacious outdoor area with an inviting swimming pond, which is perfect for relaxing hours in nature. In addition, the lounge in the adjacent paintball facility is at your disposal. Here you can play billiards, table soccer or darts.

The house is quietly located in a turning hammer and is surrounded by old trees, making it perfect for families with children. It's just a few minutes' walk to Tankum Lake. At the lake there is a beach, pedal boats, stand up paddle boards, mini golf, football field, volleyball net, barbecue areas and various gastronomic offerings. The surrounding nature invites you to extensive walks, hikes and bike tours.

A tiny house is available for rent in the Steinhuder Meer recreational area (Mardorf) The cottage is located on a quiet side street. The promenade is within walking distance. 10-15 minutes. There is a forest right outside the door. Behind the house is the bike path around Steinhuder Meer, so you can start right outside the front door. Daily necessities are easily reached on foot or by bike.
