Belonging to the 17th century Château de Colombe next to it, this gîte is in a calm environment close to Bourges with its medieval center and world heritage Cathedral. Only 3 hours from Paris with many famous chateaux in easy driving distance, Stuart and Patrick have created an oasis of calm. Leon invites you to come and relax in this unique and tranquil cabin by a pond in its green setting. Chalet of 19 m2 with 140 bed (+ extra bed 1 person or crib on request), equipped kitchenette, shower, private toilet outside, heating, air conditioning, fan, shaded terrace, hammock, plancha... Available: free boat, tandem rental, bike loan for walks, christening by old Peugeot 203 car by reservation. A pet on a leash accepted.

Studio in a private house.

The studio is on the first floor of our house, with independent entrance (outdoor staircase). Guests can park your car in the courtyard or parking lot nearby if there is no more space in the courtyard. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 de Bourges motorway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station. Charming quiet house on the heights of Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre. Possibility to accommodate 4 people thanks to a separate bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The house also has a large terrace and garden, where you can enjoy an outdoor lounge, deckchairs, and a barbecue. All the basic amenities (sheets, towels, shower gel/shampoo...) are provided with the rental.
