We enjoyed a great stay at Marilyne's condo. The location is excellent, a very short drive to the little village of Taillores or in the other direction easy access to Annecy. The unit looks better than the pictures, very clean, modern, with a great amount of space and two terraces, one with a beautiful view. Traveling with family the comfortable bedrooms each with a bathroom was appreciated along with the washer and dryer. Marilyne is friendly and easy to communicate with, she was very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again. Great host and great condo for families or small groups. You will not be disappointed!

We stayed for a week at Isabelle's place in April. Very nice apartment, spacious, well arranged and decorated with taste. We found everything was convenient, thoughtful and a great location. Everything is close , restaurants, slopes, shops. In short, I highly recommend this rental.

We came as a 2 families with children. The accommodation was relaxing, warm and comfortable. The host Pierre and Veronica were very friendly and made sure that they were always accessible when we needed them. It is a perfect place for easy access to skiing and 100% recommend families and friends.

Beautiful place with very good and caring hosts and the most well equipped kitchen on airbnb..!! Bear in mind a few things I missed (they wrote it I just didn't notice and it was important), no WiFi, not ski in ski out and there's no bedsheets so you'll need to either bring your own or rent at the concierge. Also, the place looks smaller in reality. But I still gave them 5 stars because the place is really nice and I'd come again😊

Everything was as described, got some good recommendation, not far from ski track , not far from les eucherts too if you want more restaurant options, or want to go to ice skating or see Ice Hockey on Wednesday, i would definitly recommend the place, can stay up to 8 people which is definitely great to stay with family and friends, we already feels like a local 😀

Incredible location highly recommended. 10 minutes walk from train and bus links to Chamonix which was easy. Close to shop. Beautiful views. Bit of TLC maintenance needed on some of the woodwork like balustrades and water is a tank so we did go without hot for a few hours but no drama really. Overall would defo come again. Communication was good as well

Everything is really excellent, the hosts are very friendly, recommendable and very respectful, but the place is a piece of paradise and the views of the ropes and the top of Mont Blanc and close to Chamonix, when I repeat the visit I will stay again with them Thank you

We stayed at Bruno's place for ten days during a cycling trip. It was the perfect spot for 4 guys with separate bedrooms. The upstairs area, living room and kitchen, is fantastic and spacious with nice views. The terrace is useful and relaxing. The bathrooms are clean and modern, the kitchen is well equipped. The storage room for bikes (or skis) was extremely helpful. Bruno was nice enough to allow the bike rental company to deposit the bikes there two days early because of a holiday situation. Parking was always easy (across the street). The only comment we had was that there are tenants downstairs. The listing creates the impression that one rents the entire house. That said, we never heard or saw them until the final day when we checked out (she checked the upstairs). Internet was blazing fast, TV worked great. It's an easy walk to the pedestrian area in Bourg with restaurants. The Lidl is walkable, but if you prefer Super-U a car is a must. Bruno's place is highly recommended!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

If you come to live with Sarah and Loic, you will be surprised. Beyond a spotless house from the basement to the 2nd floor, you will meet a couple at your disposal in the neighborhood for many help including those to explain how household appliances like the latest generation coffee maker work, the big screen TV or the ease of making a fire with the stove where everything has been prepared. We had a great pleasure living with eight in this house for nine people and occasionally inviting two borains to the place. We thank them for their attention and kindness. Alain Martine Johan Muriel

we spent the weekend of the ascent under the sun facing Mont Blanc , the chalet is in a very quiet area with splendid views. It is very functional with a typical Savoyard decor. Thanks to Theo for the quality brought to this place. We'd love to come back.

The chalet was great in every way!!! Very spacious, incredible view from the living room and bedrooms and quiet and relaxing environment. The bathroom in each room is really a plus, especially when you come with children. Upon arrival, we found a very clean and tidy accommodation as well as quality bedding. Great stay. 👍

We really loved our stay here. This is a truly beautiful apartment. The bathrooms are fantastic, everything we could need was there, the location is ideal and Sara was super helpful. We would definitely stay here again, thanks so much!

The listing matches the photos perfectly. The apartment has been tastefully renovated and quality materials. The room distribution allows two couples to have a perfect separation of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location of the apartment is ideal in the building, at the height of the reception, but far enough from it to suffer no disturbance. Besides, the apartment is well soundproofed from its neighbors, we did not hear any noise. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking and the internet connection (fiber) works really well. Finally, Jean-Yves' instructions and words of welcome as well as his great responsiveness were greatly appreciated.

Great accommodation in the heart of 1950, very comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. Nearby there are many restaurants, grocery store and shops. You can rent ski equipmet from a ski shop in the same building. Very quiet during the night only some noise after 8am but it was ok with earplugs. Highly recommended

The apartment is superb, great location (ski in/out, in front of the shops), the building is brand new, beautifully designed, well equipped, the ski room is huge, the residence is super modern, access control everywhere with a central card, even the interior heated parking is spacious! Last but not least, the person in charge of the reservation at the reception is super professional, friendly and gave us lots of tips & advice. I highly recommend this location.

Another amazing stay in this wonderful apartment! A great apartment for two families for a week skiing with wonderful amenities and really responsive and helpful hosts. Fabulous ski in/ski out location, close to shops and restaurants and stunning views of the mountains…we’ll definitely be back again!

Great stay and highly recommend.

Nickel accommodation, pleasant, clean and functional. Amazing views! Super comfortable residence with multiple accesses to vary pleasures and relaxation. Pleasant, accommodating and responsive host. Rarely had a place of this luxury at this price in the mountains! To give you the bad points encountered history of: fickle window door and one of the dry towels not working. That's to say .... Thanks a lot Alexandra!
