Villa holiday rentals in Seeburg

Preliminary remark: We stayed in a different accommodation of the landlady than the one originally booked. Our rating refers to the accommodation actually occupied. Very spacious attic apartment with two balconies and a beautiful view. Excellent communication with the landlady in advance and with her mother on site. The only criticism: The kitchen equipment with glasses is rather scarce, even for 2 people.

We had a nice stay with 8 people, including 2 children. We had rented both apartments, there was enough space for everyone. The designated barbecue area did not meet our expectations, otherwise a beautiful environment. Very quiet location, but central. A beautiful playground was within walking distance. The apartments are very lovingly furnished, as seen in the photos.

Beautiful, cozy retreat after strenuous hikes. Particularly beautiful was the lovingly landscaped garden, which is equipped with several places to stay. The house does not leave any wishes open including great views of the valley.

Thank you for the great week in this small but completely sufficient place in a very nice location. We'd love to come back!

The place was super clean and tidy, only the outdoor area was not very welcoming, presumably because of the renovation work in one of the adjoining rooms. However, the sun loungers were super cozy and liked to use. The proximity to the street is good and in summer with thick bushes and blooming trees certainly less dangerous for small children than now. In general, the location is great for beautiful walks and hiking trails. Kitchen was well equipped, we only missed glass carafes and sharper knives. The pool table and foosball table are great ideas and were played by us a lot. The children's corner in the common room looks very scrambled from forgotten and broken parts, but my two 2.5-year-old children were completely sufficient, especially popular were the two vehicles and the many blankets and pillows built to cave. There were plenty of bathrooms, but the number of beds was not consistent for us. But we will be happy to come back.

We loved our stay in Torfhaus. The house was well located and in beautiful surroundings. The area was perfect for our walks. The house was exactly as pictured; Cozy, clean, well decorated with great amenities. We had a great time! Only small downside was that the beds were very hard. They were nice, clean, and tidy, but unfortunately we didn't sleep very well because of the hardness. However, we enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed both the house and area. Everything went great! Good communication! The house is even more modern than it is shown on the pictures. The floor is new on all floors! The linens too! And there were even towels even though this was not stated. In the kitchen there was everything you needed.

We spent a long weekend with 15 adults in the Villa Heidi. It was clean, the kitchen super equipped and enough space for everyone there. The accommodation is centrally located and has plenty of parking spaces incl. Wallbox. Sauerzapf family are very pleasant hosts and very easy to reach (Thank you for sending us our forgotten things☺️). Villa Heidi is highly recommended for larger groups, whether with or without children.

We had a very nice weekend in the house. There was enough space, everything you could ever need. It was clean and the garden beautiful. There is enough space for retreat as well as to sit together. Perfect for larger groups. The decor is a bit colorful and shrill, as can be seen on the pictures, but that didn't bother us much. The communication is initially via an agency in the Netherlands, then through a person on site, who was easily accessible to us.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a fantastic time in this beautiful house! The place was exactly as described – clean and equipped with everything you might need. We especially liked the quiet location and the sauna/pool room – perfect for relaxing after a long day. Communication with the host was excellent: fast, friendly and helpful. You felt welcome from the beginning. The check-in was also super easy and uncomplicated. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the house. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Very great hosts, even with bread service. In the sauna and in the swimming pool you could relax wonderfully. The house was very clean
