At the entrance to the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (about 12 or 3 minutes on foot) and by car (parking by the house). Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region are excellently connected. The farm shop and bakery are around the corner 5-minute walk to BILLA, post office, pharmacy and butcher in the village.

In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.
