Absolutely stunning location - saw loads of wildlife from the terrace, and an amazing view over the water. Property was also very well supplied with a super modern kitchen and ample bed and bath space. Will be back!

Jimmy was a wonderful host and this magical barn is truly equipped with everything you could possibly need! Nestled in nature, we enjoyed the patio each night and the hot tub was a dream to unwind in after a long day of hiking, with a view of the mountains none the less... we even spotted an arctic fox! We cannot wait to come back with a bigger group, the space was huge for just two of us! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique getaway in the area.

This is a true Guest House experience. Hans and Denise were just incredible hosts. Really thoughtful and personal. The location is top notch, and the cabin is perfect. 10/10. Can’t fault it.

Katy and Dave were incredible hosts - they made sure the hot tub was warm for us each day and were responsive to whatever we needed. The place itself is GORGEOUS - we didn’t leave once and were entertained the entire time, even in the rain. It was the perfect spot for a girls weekend. I would absolutely stay here again and hope to be back at some point! Can’t recommend enough.

We really loved this place and will be back again soon. It was everything as described and while we couldn’t find the frogs, the serene garden and pond area was peaceful and relaxing. The hummingbirds were also a delight to watch when sitting out on the deck with the surrounding forest. The cabin was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to cook including the extras like spices. Really liked all of the candles in various places, it was so easy to unwind. The location was great too. Nestled in the forest, there was lots of privacy, but only a short jaunt to the grocery store or the beach and the Surf Lodge, which I would recommend. Good food, very good outdoor live music, and unobstructed views of the ocean and sunset while you eat. Gorgeous part of the world.

We had a lovely stay at Julie and Ians place. Waking up to the alpacas in front of our patio was so delightful and our son loved visiting the chickens, horses and playing with Isla, the dog. We left the French doors open when we were home and enjoyed playing on the grassy patch in front of our patio. Coombs market is just a couple minutes drive away and the kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals. It is such a peaceful spot surrounded by nature to enjoy breakfast and dinner. We had a great stay! The neighbourhood was very peaceful. We really enjoyed grilling on the Weber BBQ and appreciated the multiple fans available in the cottage. The pillows were some of the best I've slept on! My toddler said it was her favourite place that we've stayed. Thanks!

We had a lovely stay, it was very clean, comfortable, and a very nice location. There is plenty of spices, oil, and other cooking needs. We really appreciated there being coffee and a baby high chair and playpen/ travel crib! June was always very quick to respond and answer any questions. The area was so beautiful, you could see the ocean from the street and there is a lovely dog friendly beach down the road. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be rebooking if we visit nanimo again!

Great for seeing Lynn Valley woods and falls. Good location to use buses from there to city centre or elsewhere.

We would highly recommend Eva’s place for a stay in Nanaimo North. Everything was exactly as the photo’s showed. The suite is beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished. The beds are extremely comfortable! Eva was responsive to our needs, with recommendations for places to see & to eat. Every query was answered quickly. She is basically an encyclopedia of knowledge on the area! We would definitely book with her again should we be back in the area. Don’t hesitate…..just book!

Cute cabin stay with friends! The place is really cute and has some thoughtful touches. There were a few areas that felt a little rustic/squeaky, but overall was great and everything we needed! Would recommend bringing slippers for the wood floors and somewhat chilly nights :) thanks for having us!

Cory is a wonderful host. His place and his hospitality were among the best we’ve encountered in Vancouver. Instructions were very clear for checkin making the experience easy. Cory was so generous with his space allowing us to feel very much at home. We’d love to return to stay at Cory’s listing in the future!

we had stayed in the same building last year in our first trip to Vancouver and found the location to be pretty ideal. There is a SkyTrain station that literally within steps, it is across the cul-de-sac from one of the best Asian markets I've ever been to (T&T Supermarket) and the building has included parking as well as a very nice pool and gym included with the stay. The only downside is absolutely no fault of the host at all, but there are a lot of homeless and fentanyl addicts milling about just outside in the plaza. I feel bad for them more than anything, and they were not threatening or bothering anyone, a couple were even quite nice, it's just sad to see.

the condo is very clean, well kept, great details and in a very good location. what I did not like was the noise level. although its the 28th floor but the street and metro noise is surprisingly high for such a high floor. I would still go back again to this place as the overall stay was good. also the 3rd br is good for 1 person that is very easy going as it has no windows, no ventilation and no space to walk around. again everything was exactly like the photos so no surprises other than the noise level.

This was a fabulous rental, it was perfect in every way. Every step of this booking was just a great experience, the host was so friendly and fun to chat with and thought of everything a traveller might need. All of the instructions were clear and well thought out, everything was as expected if not better, the place was spotlessly clean and everything was provided for. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, I hope we will get a chance to enjoy your hospitality again, it made for such an enjoyable trip! Thank you so much!

Donald was a very good host to work with. We were happy with the condo, it was spacious and had what we needed to enjoy a great time. So nice to have the pack and play for our baby. The upper and lower floors were so nice to give privacy when traveling with multi family. The grounds were beautiful and the heated pool and hot tub were really nice. A short walk to access Rathtrevor Beach, which is awesome We would book again next time we come!

The cottage was great for our family of 5! Equipped with beach towels, toys, and even a mini cooler - this makes beach going easy. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the beds and sofa beds were all comfy! Thanks so much for a great stay!
