House holiday rentals in Sebastopol

We would like to extend a HUGE thank you to Maurine and the hosts of this AirBNB! This house is truly a gem and exceeded our expectations! We loved everything about this property- from the comfortable, homey setting to the beautiful landscaping and outdoor spaces. Directions and communication were clear and guest friendly. On behalf of the 5 of us, on our girls' getaway, we thank you all wholeheartedly and are already planning on returning next April! Thank you for sharing this truly special home with us. It was a perfect 5 star get-away from beginning to end!

This place was absolute perfection. The house is adorable, well decorated, comfortable, fabulous kitchen and comfortable beds. Plus coffee was there for us and a generous amount of cooking basics. We had 2 kids with us who loved roaming around the yard and the private location meant they could be as loud as they wanted while playing in the pool. The lounge chairs on the deck were perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and nighttime tea before bed. There were a few cuddly blankets that were great for the chilly mornings. The neighboring cows were talkative and there were a few roosters nearby and some coyotes at night - it felt like we were really in the country but also so close to charming Healdsburg. We are already planning our return trip!

Great place to stay! Ted and Michelle were great hosts. The house was perfect for our group - big rooms, spacious living area and kitchen, and the pool, hot tub, pool table and ping pong table were so fun. The neighborhood is also very walkable and close to some great little shops. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful experience having a small family reunion here. We had two older adults who use walkers and a baby, so I wanted to make sure that the house could accommodate all of us. Place was perfect for this with 3 bedrooms on the first floor, and only a couple steps to manage into the front door. Robin and other hosts were really helpful in answering all of my questions prior to the booking (and after). Loved the pool, hot tub and gazebo sitting area. Used the grill for family dinners. Will treasure our memories here!

This Airbnb was AMAZING!!! My friends and i absolutely loved staying here. The location was great for the wineries we went to which were sterling vineyard and Caymus. The only downfall was the pool rules and hours, also no microwave in the home. Either way i would definitely book this airbnb again!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely beautiful — peaceful, well-maintained, and full of charm. The pool was a lovely spot to relax, and being able to walk through the surrounding vineyards made the experience feel extra special. Everything was thoughtfully documented, which made it easy to settle in and explore. The host’s recommendations were very helpful and much appreciated.

10/10 I stayed here with my girlfriend and my dog and it was really peaceful and had a great time,the pool and jacuzzi was amazing and the house was really clean🙌🏽😄

Bill is an incredible host! He is so kind and responsive, always trying to make your stay 10/10. The house is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, spotlessly clean, and well-stocked. If you want a truly peaceful and relaxing place to stay, with a kind and attentive host, this is the place you should stay!

The host was very accommodating and responsive. The rental was amazing. Love the open concept overlooking the river and trees. The kitchen was huge and had all the cookware and accessories we needed. Loved the modern bathroom and beautiful shower. Overall, we loved the rental, and would love to come back and stay again.

Larry was an amazing host. There were plenty of groceries there for us to make multiple meals and also a milk of our own request to make coffee. Larry also left us a bottle of wine to try along with some other drinks. He was extremely responsive and even allowed us to check in early. Overall it was an amazing experience that I would easily recommend.

This home has the most beautiful views and the house is wonderful as well. The furnishings were cozy, clean and comfortable. We had a fantastic stay and wished we could stay longer. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

We had a perfect stay at James and Fawn's place in the redwoods. The beds were comfortable, the heating was cozy, and we loved being surrounded by trees in all the windows and having a deck to eat outside! It was just what us city folks needed to get away -- peace and quiet. Although it is next to a busy road, you cannot hear it inside at all. Plenty of markets, cafes and restaurants nearby. And great hiking!! Thank you for our stay!

Such a fun and relaxing stay at this creatively appointed home! We loved all of the perfectly maintained outdoor spaces and, of course, the arcade games were a hoot—even if we are not ones who normally play video games and proved to be pretty lame at all but the most archaic games! The location was perfect to explore Sebastopol, the coast and visit friends in Tiburon. Highly recommend!

My three girlfriends and I had such a fantastic time staying at Laura’s farmhouse. We quickly made ourselves at home. The farmhouse was cozy and had everything we needed. The views were simply so serene. It was truly a breath of fresh air to get away and stay here. It’s located to many stores and downtown, and yet felt so remote. I hope to come back with my family someday.

This house was one of the best Airbnb‘s that we have ever stayed in. It was a charming house that lived up to the listing description and pictures.

Our stay at Bella Vista in Sebastopol was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the kindest couple who made us feel right at home. They welcomed us with a delightful wine tasting featuring their own vineyard's wines, which was such a lovely touch. The property itself is a dream come true. The gorgeous pond, hot tub, and outdoor shower created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and fun. We were in town for a wedding, but cherished every moment possible on the property! With plenty of space for our group of seven, we enjoyed games of chess, napping in hammocks, listening to the symphony of toads in the pond, and making memories that we'll cherish forever. Bella Vista is a true gem, and we can't recommend it enough! If you're looking for a peaceful getaway filled with warmth and hospitality, this is the place to be. We can't wait to come back!

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, hands down! The property was gorgeous and felt extremely private, and the house itself was beautiful, clean, and well cared-for. Sometimes you can tell hosts put the bare minimum effort into a place they’re renting out - this was a welcome contrast to that and felt like a loved home. The location is close to lots to do, and while not super walkable (it’s off of a busy road), we managed a few stroller walks with our baby. Emily was a helpful and communicative host. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved this place. Jordan and Jennifer were helpful and responsive throughout the whole stay. The property was fabulous and the gardens and grounds were beautiful.

Everything about this house was perfect for our vacation. We had four adults and two small children, we fit comfortably, had plenty of space and absolutely loved the back yard space!
