This place was absolute perfection. The house is adorable, well decorated, comfortable, fabulous kitchen and comfortable beds. Plus coffee was there for us and a generous amount of cooking basics. We had 2 kids with us who loved roaming around the yard and the private location meant they could be as loud as they wanted while playing in the pool. The lounge chairs on the deck were perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and nighttime tea before bed. There were a few cuddly blankets that were great for the chilly mornings. The neighboring cows were talkative and there were a few roosters nearby and some coyotes at night - it felt like we were really in the country but also so close to charming Healdsburg. We are already planning our return trip!

Great place to stay! Ted and Michelle were great hosts. The house was perfect for our group - big rooms, spacious living area and kitchen, and the pool, hot tub, pool table and ping pong table were so fun. The neighborhood is also very walkable and close to some great little shops. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful experience having a small family reunion here. We had two older adults who use walkers and a baby, so I wanted to make sure that the house could accommodate all of us. Place was perfect for this with 3 bedrooms on the first floor, and only a couple steps to manage into the front door. Robin and other hosts were really helpful in answering all of my questions prior to the booking (and after). Loved the pool, hot tub and gazebo sitting area. Used the grill for family dinners. Will treasure our memories here!

This Airbnb was AMAZING!!! My friends and i absolutely loved staying here. The location was great for the wineries we went to which were sterling vineyard and Caymus. The only downfall was the pool rules and hours, also no microwave in the home. Either way i would definitely book this airbnb again!

10/10 I stayed here with my girlfriend and my dog and it was really peaceful and had a great time,the pool and jacuzzi was amazing and the house was really clean🙌🏽😄

Matthew’s home exceeded expectations and was incredibly cozy, private, spacious, clean, and spa-like. It was luxurious! It was very pet-friendly, I brought my Labrador with me and he loved lounging on the deck. The weather subsided (though I love the rain) all day Friday to allow for an entire day outdoors! The hot tub was clean and instructions were easy to follow. I loved that Matthew included local recommended spots to check out— I went to Russian River Brewing and Pacific Markets— both great spots with ample walking areas. The home decor is unique and has such character and charm without feeling like you’re stepping into “Magnolia Farms”— so far from it! There are beautiful works of art, antiques, classic and contemporary books; it’s lovely. Matthew is a responsive and kind, generous host. I found my stay tranquil and will be staying again as well as recommending to others! Matthew, thank you for providing a wonderful space for others to enjoy! All my best! Kaitlin & Buddy.

The host was very accommodating and responsive. The rental was amazing. Love the open concept overlooking the river and trees. The kitchen was huge and had all the cookware and accessories we needed. Loved the modern bathroom and beautiful shower. Overall, we loved the rental, and would love to come back and stay again.

We stayed at Pixel Place with our kids from Arizona to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday. We couldn’t have picked a better place. The home was spotless with great amenities. I have never stayed at a cleaner location. The home and gardens are absolutely beautiful. We were able to get a little an earlier check-in time which is always nice. Pixel Place is located close to the things we wanted to see and do and it was very relaxing when we were there on our down time. Plus our grandson was in heaven with all the games. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. If you are considering this to be your home away from home, I highly recommend it. I would love to stay there again in the future.

Larry was an amazing host. There were plenty of groceries there for us to make multiple meals and also a milk of our own request to make coffee. Larry also left us a bottle of wine to try along with some other drinks. He was extremely responsive and even allowed us to check in early. Overall it was an amazing experience that I would easily recommend.

Cynthia’s home was very welcoming and peaceful. Very clean and organized. It made our entire trip very easy and smooth. Will definitely stay here again in the future when we are back in town.

Had a great stay at Rachel’s unit. She was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Shared lots of recommendations in advance. The house is super clean and very well decorated. Beds were super comfortable and bathroom & kitchen spotless. So many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance of unit and Sonoma vineyards just minutes away. Would absolutely stay again.

We loved staying at Bobby's place in Santa Rosa! The description and photos were accurate, and everything went smoothly while staying there.

Kelly's place was beautiful and spotless and exactly as pictured. She was responsive and communicated well. Unfortunately, we did not understand the implications of staying on a working organic vineyard, especially during spring. For the 3 days we were there, many ranch hands(8-10) and 2 tractors worked nonstop from 7am -4pm which produced continual noise and lack of privacy. Again, this was our mistake, not Kelly's.

My three girlfriends and I had such a fantastic time staying at Laura’s farmhouse. We quickly made ourselves at home. The farmhouse was cozy and had everything we needed. The views were simply so serene. It was truly a breath of fresh air to get away and stay here. It’s located to many stores and downtown, and yet felt so remote. I hope to come back with my family someday.

This house was one of the best Airbnb‘s that we have ever stayed in. It was a charming house that lived up to the listing description and pictures.

Our stay at Bella Vista in Sebastopol was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the kindest couple who made us feel right at home. They welcomed us with a delightful wine tasting featuring their own vineyard's wines, which was such a lovely touch. The property itself is a dream come true. The gorgeous pond, hot tub, and outdoor shower created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and fun. We were in town for a wedding, but cherished every moment possible on the property! With plenty of space for our group of seven, we enjoyed games of chess, napping in hammocks, listening to the symphony of toads in the pond, and making memories that we'll cherish forever. Bella Vista is a true gem, and we can't recommend it enough! If you're looking for a peaceful getaway filled with warmth and hospitality, this is the place to be. We can't wait to come back!

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, hands down! The property was gorgeous and felt extremely private, and the house itself was beautiful, clean, and well cared-for. Sometimes you can tell hosts put the bare minimum effort into a place they’re renting out - this was a welcome contrast to that and felt like a loved home. The location is close to lots to do, and while not super walkable (it’s off of a busy road), we managed a few stroller walks with our baby. Emily was a helpful and communicative host. Would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed here for my 30th birthday weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The property is absolutely beautiful—surrounded by thoughtfully designed green space that feels peaceful and private. We even used fresh basil from the garden for a pasta dinner! The kitchen is gorgeous and fully equipped, and the outdoor barbecue setup was great for grilling. Between the pool, hot tub, and fireplace, we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy. The beds were super comfortable, and there were plenty of cozy blankets throughout the house. It’s also a great home base for wine tasting—about 50 minutes to Napa Valley. After a day at the vineyards, this was the perfect spot to unwind with a bottle of wine. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing getaway or celebration—would love to come back!

The place itself is gorgeous and looks brand new with updated kitchens and bathrooms. Our favorite was the downstairs. The house was a bit confusing at first, as this is a back unit to a main house, but easy enough once we realized it was in the very back. Great location to the downtown, you could even walk if you were up for it!
