Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Seattle Waterfront

Amazing stay right in the heart of downtown. So easy to walk to Pike Place Market and conference center. So much to do in Seattle that was easily accessible from this location. Target underneath a huge plus for things we might have forgotten to pack. Taylor was very responsive and available for questions or concerns. Beautiful condo with amazing views. Amenities in the building (gym, pool, sauna, hot tub) were amazing. We were sad to leave, but can’t wait to come back to visit in the future.

This is a really cute, modern apartment. 10 minutes from downtown. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Somewhere between medium and plush. They have a yogasleep wave machine in the bedroom. Slept like a baby. Price was excellent value. Would stay again for sure Thank you

Absolutely a great place to stay and perfectly located to everything you would want to have and see. A parking spot is available, but it’s so easy to get to her place from the airport and we would highly recommend using the public transportation and forget the car. Enjoy Seattle on foot. No shortage of interesting things to see on foot. This was a wonderful place to stay with great amenities and safe and secured access to the building. We will be back and this will be our go to place to stay anytime we come to Seattle in the future. A shoutout to Judy for being a great host.

Listen, this place was great! It’s close enough to the water taxi for easy access to downtown and the neighborhood is extremely nice and quiet. The space is big enough for 2 and the host is very nice! Definitely will stay again in the future.

Ryan was great. place worked great for what we needed. Neighborhood was safe and the town was great. A little inconvenient not to be able to park in front of the place, but as he says on street parking is easy to find and get to. would recommend for sure, especially if you want an easy commute to downtown, ballparks, piers, etc. 5/5 would recommend.

this was cute and comfy little house in a great location. plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance and quick walk to the light rail. minor things could be improved upon but overall a good option for a stay in seattle!

Very nice in a great neighborhood. The place was as described and peaceful. We had great time and appreciated Amy’s responsiveness and support during the stay. A lot to do near by especially the Arboretum within walking distance and a great bakery.

We had a wonderful stay in West Seattle with Katie, she is a lovely and amicable host who was attentive to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Less than 20 minutes from downtown by car and very easy to get into the city and return back with plenty of parking. It was a comfortable stay for us as we went hiking out of the area for our trip too. Everything was as described and clean when we arrived. Would recommend Katie to anyone looking to stay in Seattle or the surrounding areas!

Great area, parking was a bonus, bed was very comfortable. My only suggestion is to change to cleaning supplies that do not have such a strong odor. I had checked in by 3 and fortunately when I returned by 8 in the evening the odor was mostly gone and was gone completely by the next morning. Since I have friends and family in the area will definitely stay here again.

I am a retired airline employee so to say I am well traveled may be an understatement. I have stayed in MANY Airbnb’s and VRBO’s as well as the gamut of hotel properties. This was absolutely the cleanest and most generously stocked property EVER! I mean… I didn’t…but this is EAT OFF THE FLOOR clean and I am a picky Virgo! When I say generously stocked… there was a bottle of wine (a nice one, not rock gut), a couple craft beers, sparkling water, regular water, a fresh unwrapped butter in a butter dish, cheese and crackers, oatmeal, 2 cans of soup, coffee and enough half/half and non-dairy OAT creamer to last a few days. There were snacky snacks for any midnight munches like chips and popcorn and a candy bar. In the bathroom, toothpaste, a toothbrush if you forgot yours, even contact lenses solution! Needle and thread, PLENTY OF TOILET PAPER, lots of extra soft and nice towels. The linens were top quality and the bed was super comfy! We felt like we were in a 5 star tree-house!

Had a great time. This was a great place to stay. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. Nice cozy space with privacy. Conveniently located.

LOCATION, LOCATION Karthik's place was close to all of the things we planned for our 2 night stay in Seattle. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to see. We were starting a cruise from Seattle and we only needed to walk 2 blocks, downhill, to our cruise terminal. The condo comfortably accommodates 2 people. We would stay again!

Karla’s place was the most well appointed Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail, every amenity and then some. Street parking was available in the same spot out front everyday. Quiet. Feels like your perched in a tree on hill over looking Fremont. I’ll be back!!!❤️

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Mish’s place. Everything was clean and comfortable within the unit. Mish had great proactive communication with clear instructions and was responsive. The shower in particular was very spacious and nice and the kitchen was very clean. We did have a rental car and parking was sparse on the street right outside the unit, but we were able to consistently find parking one street over which was just a short walk away. On days without the rental car we were close to several bus lines to get to and from the main areas downtown (Pike Place, etc). We would definitely stay here again!

A terrific AirBnB if you’re visiting the Seattle Downtown area. You’re a short walk/quick bus ride to Capitol Hill, and a slightly longer ride to Downtown. Patti went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay as enjoyable as possible! Checking in was stress-free and we had a wide range of amenities including laundry machines, iron/ironing board Keurig pods and toothpaste/shampoo! Patti also provided bagels, cream cheese, jam, and OJ for breakfast. Bonus points for having Carl Sagan’s Cosmos on DVD! Would recommended this AirBnB to anyone looking to check out the Seattle area for a reasonable price.

We absolutely loved our stay! Toni Marie made everything so easy and the apartment exceeded our expectations from all the little touches to the surprisingly comfy sofabed to the serene rooftop. If we had to single out a favorite detail, it’s the big surrounding trees that make the apartment feel like it’s in the middle of a city park. Everything was perfect and we didn’t want to leave!

Jeff’s place is quiet, cozy, and exceptionally clean, located centrally near many of Seattle’s top attractions. It’s ideal for solo travelers and short stays. The building feels secure, and the neighborhood is safe. Jeff was responsive and accommodating, allowing me to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out due to my flight schedule. You can see the Space Needle from outside the building and walk to it easily. There are plenty of nearby food options and amenities—I especially recommend Midtown Express coffee shop and Perfection Nail Salon across the street. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended.

The place was perfect. Host was very prompt to respond to messages and left clear instructions for everything and info about the neighborhood. Apartment had everything I needed and was spotless.

Highly recommend staying here if you are wanting to explore all over Seattle and what it has to offer. Love that I can walk to many restaurants and even the space needle without having to drive!

Wonderful stay, layout/decor/location can't be beat! Maynard and Lyle were very communicative. We had zero problems, but I have no doubt they'd have gone above and beyond quickly if we had. Book this Air B&B if you're looking for something right downtown and are over the hotel hunt! 10/10 would recommend and will stay again if we find ourselves in Seattle!

Wonderful location with was walking distance from Seattle center and the pier. Our daughter loved the pool as well!

The location is VERY close to pier, aquarium, shops, restaurants, and Pikes Place Market. Park the car because everything is right here! Place was great with a gas fireplace that really heats the room and provides nice ambiance. Great views of the waterfront and wonder wheel especially at sun set!
