Holiday rentals with a patio in Seaside

Heidi was a very kind and gracious host that was easy to message and helped us have a great time. Really awesome location, the beach is literally across the street and it isn’t as crowded as other places.

This was our first time staying at this location, and we would absolutely book this unit again. Everything was clean and the location to the beach and great restaurants was perfect. We loved having the bikes to ride to the beach, and to nearby restaurants and coffee shops.

Had a great visit and would stay again! All the small details made this place special! We really appreciated the kitchen was well equipped with all we could ever need, there were beach chairs on the balcony to use, everything was pristinely clean, and everything was labeled well/easy to use!

Such a beautifully updated space with some of the best views around! The condo could not have been better-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was quiet, cozy, and immaculately clean. The pool AND beach access with chair service was such a huge bonus for not having to lug chairs and umbrellas down each day. The location is minutes from Seaside and Watercolor and just a short drive to Alys, Rosemary, etc.—we ate the best food and shopped like crazy and were never more than 10 minutes from the condo! Sarah Beth was so accommodating and always quick to respond. We definitely hope to come back in the future!

This is our second year coming to stay, we love the location and the private beach is amazing. There are not giant crowds of people and you are very close to tons of shopping and restaurants.

We loved staying here! The condo was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. Astrid, the host, was also amazing from start of booking through the end of our trip. We look forward to staying here again!! 10/10 recommend staying here.

This is a place I would definitely go again. It’s private and safe. The beds are comfy and it’s convenient to get to the grocery store and restaurants

The most beautiful place!!!!! It’s even better in person than in the pictures! View is breathtaking and had me running to the balcony in the morning to see the view. Watching the sunset in the evening was one of our favorite things to do. The space was HUGE - way bigger than expected, extremely clean, and everything you would need for a stay. Everything is close and walkable. So many amenities, great gym, included parking, and chairs and umbrella. Truly the best experience we’ve had at an air bnb. We hope to visit often! The hosts very clear instructions and responsiveness made check in and the entire process beyond easy. There were tons of recommendations and our only regret was not booking longer! One of a kind stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had such a peaceful atmosphere — perfect for relaxing. Everything smelled fresh and clean from the moment I walked in, which made it feel even more inviting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a calm and cozy getaway!

A comfortable, cozy beach retreat in a luxurious destination! This getaway had everything we needed for a relaxing stay just minutes from the beach. Bed was comfortable and the screened-in porch was a highlight for us!

One of the most amazing places we’ve stayed at on the coast! Ivonne was an extremely great host & the stay itself is top tier. The private pool makes the place even better along with a short ride to the beach on the golf cart. Everything went perfect! A must stay at!

Amazing home and pool! perfectly located on 30A, close to beach access and 15 min golf cart ride to either end of 30A but exceptionally private and serene. Overall a stunning home fit for family and friends to visit and responsive staff to tend to needs. only drawback was the pool guy and pest control showing up unannounced on two different occasions- that should have been communicated to us in advance.

Gem of a place if you're looking for beachfront, with an amazing view as soon as you walk through the front door! Amenities were great, and host was extremely responsive. Truly, if it's private beach access, serenity and a stunning ocean view you're looking for, this is the place.

If you’re considering this place, just go ahead and book it already. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was incredible. The hosts are extremely friendly and responsive, the location is great, extremely private but still in the middle of the action. Everything is exactly as it looks in the photos, and it’s complete with all the amenities you need to have an incredible stay. Even the boardwalk to the beach is actually 260 steps away from the front lawn like the sign say. Yes, I counted. We will definitely be back. Thank you Dana and Mario for making our trip extraordinary.

Great location, nice home to spend a few days on the beach!

We travel to Santa Rosa beach 1-2 times a year.. for several years now. Pound for pound, this was the best rental and host we’ve ever had.

This is the cutest little condo. It's very well-decorated, and it was very clean when we arrived. We loved being able to walk right off the patio to get to the beach. We loved having breakfast on the patio every morning. All of the appliances worked, and I had everything I needed to cook. We could hear the people above us in the mornings, but they weren't too loud. I had to contact Brett once, and he responded very quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo, right on the beach, amazing view. Carla gave very clear instructions, check in and check out were a breeze. We had a wonderful stay.

Such a great location, quiet, family friendly area of 30a and right on the beach. We enjoyed coffee each morning on the balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The condo was clean and cozy and the beds were comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful, relaxing week!

Matt was fabulous at communicating. The place was perfect for what we needed. The back porch was a great view of the pool and landscaped so nice with flowers! The deck was stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrella, frisbees, and even a kite! We did have a small issue with the Google nest not wanting to stay on which kept the AC from cooling. But Matt called me late and was even willing to send out emergency hvac! Other than that, perfection! Even a great coffee shop right next door and public beach access directly across the street so we didn’t even have to leave the parking lot! Just carried the stuff right to the sand! I must have my morning coffee and not a kurig fan. Kurig coffee maker but no pods provided. I traveled with coffee grounds, cream and stevia though so I was very excited to find a pour over and kettle with a metal filter instead of just the kurig machine! Made the morning coffee walk perfect!

This was the perfect place for our family! Super clean and nicely renovated, easy beach access, beautiful view, lots of little touches that made it the perfect stay! We will be back!

We love the Rosemary Beach area! Great location with walking distance to Alys beach and Rosemary beach restaurants and shops. The condo was as expected. A good amount of space for a small family. It was nice to have the kitchen area for breakfast and lunches. We would look to stay there again when back in the area!

We had a great stay at Aaron & Ingrid’s place. It was beautifully decorated and exactly as described. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, snacks and bottle water. The beds were very comfortable had plenty of extra pillows. Aaron was extremely responsive and friendly. We loved the beach and it is very walkable. Beautiful sunset and caught a dolphin swimming by. They offered chair service which is a very nice touch, but we did not need it. We also visited The Sand Flea for cocktails and burgers. It was really nice to have a place just a few steps away from our room. I highly recommend Aaron’s place and will stay again in the future. Cheers!!

We came for a mini moon after our wedding and it was amazing! Shannon was very accommodating and extremely responsive. The space is perfect a couple. Extremely clean and well stocked. We rented bikes and rode to seaside multiple days in a row. Great distance to restaurants or spending a day in Rosemary beach. Pool was clean! We will 100% be checking Shannon’s availability when we return to Seagrove. One thing to note: this is a bottom unit so people upstairs can be heard if they are heavy footed.
