Beachfront holiday rentals in Seaside

Beautiful house and location was great for biking to beach and the Big Chill. Honestly, everything was fabulous. We needed cookie sheets and they were delivered ASAP. My only recommendation would be a binder with all of the checkin in and out information, bike rental, restaurants, etc. We biked to the Walton Dunes access. You can ride you bike, park it and the beach is right there. If you go to the State Park, you have quite the walk. We didn't use the pools but they looked great. I was traveling with two teens and the pool population was mostly the younger kids. No biggie.

Gorgeous property just steps from the beach! Very responsive host who allowed us to stay last minute and check in early. All the beach accessories you could need! The lovely deck overlooking the ocean was fabulous. Wish we would’ve booked this place sooner!

Excellent spot for a couple wanting to get away, or just someone on a solo trip like myself. The location, accessibility, and amenities provided by this listing were exceptional. The short walk to private beach access and nearby hot spots definitely served as highlights during my stay. While I did think the listing was a little pricy, I would still consider it worthwhile. Seaside is one of the most beautiful beaches on the gulf coast. Oftentimes, I encourage others to be willing to fork a little extra in order to have the best carefree experience possible. This is a place of pure relaxation. Treat yourself.

This is our second year coming to stay, we love the location and the private beach is amazing. There are not giant crowds of people and you are very close to tons of shopping and restaurants.

We had a great stay at this eclectic little cottage. Great location only a few minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the square. It was a busy week so there was some street noise late but overall fine. As others mentioned, some of the things don’t work at the house like the fans on the porch and the doors were difficult to open. The kitchen had a mishmash of utensils and cookware some in better shape than others but we made it work. There are 2 bedrooms, a loft with a yankee staircase that overlooks the great room and a bed in the kitchen. It was fine for our purposes but maybe a challenge if you are expecting privacy for the loft and kitchen beds. I think some curtains in these spaces would be a good addition. Appliances all worked. Master bathroom was without a shower. There was an outdoor shower just off the bathroom but Iwouldn’t do a full shower out there as it’s pretty exposed All in all a great week. The place is comfortable and funky.

Oversee is a responsive host. This home is beautiful and the neighborhood is private and beautiful. I would stay here again!

Amazing gulf views! Easy beach access. The pool has beach views, it was perfect for double red flag days when the gulf was closed for swimming. The condo was clean and cozy. Looks just like the pictures. Just the right size for a couple. The kitchen had everything we needed. Check in and check out was simple. It was everything we needed to enjoy our trip to PCB and we would definitely stay here again if we come back.

Matt was fabulous at communicating. The place was perfect for what we needed. The back porch was a great view of the pool and landscaped so nice with flowers! The deck was stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrella, frisbees, and even a kite! We did have a small issue with the Google nest not wanting to stay on which kept the AC from cooling. But Matt called me late and was even willing to send out emergency hvac! Other than that, perfection! Even a great coffee shop right next door and public beach access directly across the street so we didn’t even have to leave the parking lot! Just carried the stuff right to the sand! I must have my morning coffee and not a kurig fan. Kurig coffee maker but no pods provided. I traveled with coffee grounds, cream and stevia though so I was very excited to find a pour over and kettle with a metal filter instead of just the kurig machine! Made the morning coffee walk perfect!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the condo. The location was perfect, since it was so close to the beach, shopping and restaraunts. The condo was clean, neat and spacious. It was well equipt with everything we needed. This was one of our best beach experiences and we will return!

This was the perfect place for our family! Super clean and nicely renovated, easy beach access, beautiful view, lots of little touches that made it the perfect stay! We will be back!

My husband and I had a great time in Destin and this unit was perfect for what we needed! We loved that the balcony gets shade most of the day so we could sit out there and not be burning up. We loved how many restaurants and activities there were to do around the area. Very communicative and checked in on us when we arrived. Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Aaron & Ingrid’s place. It was beautifully decorated and exactly as described. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, snacks and bottle water. The beds were very comfortable had plenty of extra pillows. Aaron was extremely responsive and friendly. We loved the beach and it is very walkable. Beautiful sunset and caught a dolphin swimming by. They offered chair service which is a very nice touch, but we did not need it. We also visited The Sand Flea for cocktails and burgers. It was really nice to have a place just a few steps away from our room. I highly recommend Aaron’s place and will stay again in the future. Cheers!!

I have never been more impressed with any other host or property as I was with David and Joy and their beautiful beach condo. If I could give 10+++ stars I would! David responded immediately to any questions before and after booking. They were so friendly and accommodating. We stayed here with our family of 4 with 2 small children. They had everything we could possibly need including kid friendly dinner plates/utensils, a pack and play available, beach chairs/umbrella and toys. It was bliss waking up to sip coffee on the balcony watching the ocean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly want or need and was perfect with both a table and bar seats available. The ease to and from the beach was ideal for us. The location is truly perfect—a little over a mile walk or quick drive to the main square area of seaside or several sought after restaurants within walking distance. The beach is peaceful and private and not overcrowded. Already looking for dates next year!

We had a great stay! The hosts were incredibly communicative and accommodating from start to finish, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The space was just as described, clean, comfortable, and only a few steps away from the beach. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

This is the cutest little condo. It's very well-decorated, and it was very clean when we arrived. We loved being able to walk right off the patio to get to the beach. We loved having breakfast on the patio every morning. All of the appliances worked, and I had everything I needed to cook. We could hear the people above us in the mornings, but they weren't too loud. I had to contact Brett once, and he responded very quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

Such a great location, quiet, family friendly area of 30a and right on the beach. We enjoyed coffee each morning on the balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The condo was clean and cozy and the beds were comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful, relaxing week!

We had a fantastic stay at Simon & Laura’s place! The location is perfect—just a short distance from the beach—and the home had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was how thoughtfully equipped the place was. They had beach chairs, an umbrella, and even a wagon to carry all our things, which made our beach days so easy and enjoyable. There were also so many other little extras that showed how much care they put into making guests feel at home. Another amazing bonus was the free shuttle service to the beach—it made getting there completely hassle-free. We really couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a convenient, well-stocked, and relaxing beach escape!

What a dream this place is! Super clean, right on the gulf, peaceful, very comfortable. Loved the area, great bakery nearby and a couple other restaurants. We enjoyed all that 30A has to offer! Great hosts! Thank you!

My family and I came for 5 days and we had a wonderful stay at Jason’s. The place was extremely clean & well stocked for the essentials. My toddler enjoyed looking out the balcony daily at the boats and planes that passed by. This place was beautiful. Any questions or concerns I had they immediately replied to my messages. If I’m ever back in Santa Rosa I will be staying here again!

We came for a mini moon after our wedding and it was amazing! Shannon was very accommodating and extremely responsive. The space is perfect a couple. Extremely clean and well stocked. We rented bikes and rode to seaside multiple days in a row. Great distance to restaurants or spending a day in Rosemary beach. Pool was clean! We will 100% be checking Shannon’s availability when we return to Seagrove. One thing to note: this is a bottom unit so people upstairs can be heard if they are heavy footed.
