Beachfront holiday rentals in Sea Ranch

This was our second time staying here & like the first, it did not disappoint. I can definitely see it becoming our come-to spot. It really has everything you need inside & out, for a nice, peaceful, relaxing time on the lake. We really enjoy our time here. The weather was perfect & fishing was great. The lake had a bit more algae this time, but that’s always iffy here & didn’t take away from being able to enjoy our time here. The nights were clear & cool & perfect for stargazing. Jeff is a fantastic host, kind & very responsive.

What an absolutely beautiful cottage with gorgeous views! It was easy finding the place, and the instructions for checkin were very clear. The cottage itself is modern and tastefully furnished. The best part is the cozy corner nook with views of the ocean in every direction. The deck was great and we loved drinking coffee to the sound of ocean waves. Lots of great things to do around here -- Point Arena lighthouse is a good visit, there are trails around there, and Gualala has a few spectacular trails too. We had amazing pizza at the Point Arena. In the other direction, Mendocino is another famous destination. The house was wonderfully clean and comfortable, and we are really grateful to have stayed here for a fantastic family trip. We hope to be back as soon as we can.

Nancy and Sam were amazing hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at their place. Great views, great amenities and overall a wonderful place. Would love to come here again!!

My family and I had an incredible stay at Gower’s Airbnb. Honestly, it was even nicer than I expected. This property offers a true California experience that’s incredibly hard to find. I’ve driven along Highway 1 many times, always thinking how amazing it would be to spend time on that beautiful coastal land you see from the road, and this property delivers exactly that. We had lunch and dinner overlooking sweeping views of untouched coastline and the beach below. There’s an easy path down to what felt like a private beach (we didn’t see another soul the entire time), and we spent hours exploring the black sand, walking the shore, and checking out the tide pools at low tide. The whole time, I kept thinking how rare and unspoiled this experience is. Gower has created an incredible home, thoughtfully designed with all the comforts you could want right in the middle of some of the most beautiful land in the world. We’re already talking about when we can come back.

The place is fabulous so clean with beautiful views everywhere. We didn’t want to leave. Lisa is an amazing hostess and wonderful person. I will definitely go again.

Paulette was very helpful leaving plenty of instructions and suggestions for the area. The location was well kept and had everything we needed. The only problem was that some of the lights weren’t working or the light bulb was out but that’s an easy fix. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a quieter get away and enjoy being by the water

The views from the decks and rooms are amazing - even better than the photos. This location is wonderful too and very quiet. I took a walk each morning up the hill and into the Jenner Headlands Preserve - highly recommended. We were lucky to have great weather and thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the lower deck on the outdoor sofas under an umbrella for shade. We didn't use the hot tub, but it is a nice touch to have one. The beds were very comfortable, and the downstairs bed has a nice view out the window. The house is older, so the bathrooms are small. We used the washer and drier once and they worked well. The kitchen was well stocked and there are games and puzzles available as well. Toni was a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place and hope to return one day.

this is the second time I've come to the Cinderella house. I love the privacy and expanse of space. The path to the beach is my favorite thing as well as the fabulous views of both the ocean and Big River. The house is very comfortable too! Will definitely be back!

Overall the home was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. Only downside was that we couldn't get the hot tub to go over 101 and the dishwasher wasn't working. It would be great if Vacasa could leave more standard supplies like paper towel, laundry detergent, hand soap, etc

This stay exceeded all expectations, we loved it! The space was immaculately clean and more spacious than the photos suggested. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked—we had everything we needed and more including Spanish Paprika! The magical jacuzzi under the stars with the sound of waves crashing was the cherry on top. There were issues initially with permits of our previous booking, Vacasa was also very proactive and helpful throughout the booking process and responsive in all communications, which made everything seamless. We’d return in a heartbeat!

If you appreciate location, this beautiful home on the north end of the Sea Ranch is for you. While the house might be a little bit older, there was plenty of room and the views can’t be beat.

This is our fourth visit to Sea Ranch and this was (by far) our favorite AirBnB experience. The location is unmatched—in the mornings, you can sit in a quiet corner, enjoying coffee, watching deer graze against an expansive view of the Pacific. The house itself has everything you need—an extremely large kitchen, comfortable bed, and cozy seating throughout. The home’s proximity to Gualala is also very helpful, and you’ll have easy access to shops, groceries, and a short drive to places like the Sea Ranch Lodge or Point Arena. 10 out of 10, truly!

Beautiful and super clean house in the magical woods. We loved the window seats everywhere and watching the deer visit every day. The beds are very comfy and towels plush. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub under the stars. Some aspects of the house are a little more rustic than modern, but still very comfortable and cozy. The owner is super responsive and thoughtful and obviously cares a lot about her home.

Craig and Willa’s place was a wonderful spot to experience Sea Ranch for the first time. The living space was beautiful and comfortable. We loved that the home felt true to the essence of Sea Ranch and retains a lot of special architectural details. The kitchen is well set up for cooking. Walk-on beach is only a short walk away, as is the incredible bluff walk. We highly recommend a stay at Craig and Willa’s Sea Ranch home!

Beautiful, well-appointed home at iconic development in spectacular Coastal Sonoma. Very comfortable. Enjoyed walking the bluffs, whale watching and star gazing. Great access to tennis and pool in community rec center. No shopping nearby so remember to stock up on supplies before arriving.

My wife and I stayed here with our baby and two friends. The place had great views of the ocean and sunset. Less than 10 minutes walk to the ocean. About a 10 minute drive to Bodega Bay and 30 to Guerneville, so nice and centrally located if you want to explore this section of coast. The second bed is located in an entry room, and the bathroom is also off of this entry room. So there is essentially a curtain that separates the second bed from the walk to the bathroom, which can be a little disturbing to anyone trying to sleep in that bed. But relative to other AirBnBs I was looking at it is a good deal for what you get. Both beds are a little hard, so between that and my baby's snoring, the sleep was a little rough. Sunroom is a great place to hand out and nice and warm into the evening. Pellet stove is nice and toasty. There is a great collection of classic rock records although the sound of the player isn't that good. There is a great Samsung bluetooth speaker that we mostly used.

I made my reservation a while back so I paid over 2 times, which was helpful given that the price was higher than I usually can afford. However, I have to say that every penny was worth it. This place is beautiful, the surroundings awe inspiring and a great place to get together with my children and grandchild. We truly enjoyed our time there and left renewed, that is something that is priceless!

Waking up to that stunning ocean view every day was incredibly peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed, though a refresh of some cooking utensils, especially the falling-apart tongs, would be a good idea. The place felt very clean, with one exception: the master bedsheets had some strange pink, bleach (??) stains that should be addressed. Regardless, it's clear this property is well-cared for, and we’d happily return!

I took my 4 kids, my husband and myself away for a surprise getaway and it did not disappoint!! They always responded quickly. The place was so clean and organized. It was exactly what I was looking for something peaceful, quiet, and remote with nature. My kids had an absolute time of their lives with the lake and all the activities they had on the property. Can’t wait to go back next year with the family! Definitely an amazing experience! The house was so clean and organized.

This place is so beautiful. The ocean view from many spots around the house was a plus. The quick walk to the beach was also a plus and the beach was not crowded everytime we went. I definitely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at Surfscape in Bodega Bay! The home was clean, cozy, and perfectly set up for a relaxing family getaway. The views were stunning, waking up to the ocean and watching the sunset from the deck was unforgettable. The layout was great for our family, with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, and thoughtful touches throughout the space. The location is peaceful and just a short drive to town and the beach. We really appreciated how quiet and private the area felt, it was the perfect spot to unplug and recharge. Communication with the host was smooth and easy as well. We’d definitely come back again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a scenic, relaxing stay by the coast!

Absolutely beautiful location, could not beat it! Hot tub was private with a view of the ocean and a peaceful place to enjoy the beach! The hosts were super responsive to questions and easy to check in and out.

We had a great and relaxing time. This house is in a great location with amazing ocean views. You won’t want to leave the front deck. The host was very helpful and responsive. The house was very clean and cozy and just what we needed to relax on the coast. We would definitely come back again.
