This large 14X20 room plus bathroom is for non-smoking guests. Windows with wooded views and a private entrance. Also a queen size Tempur-pedic mattress, WiFi, microwave oven (behind a cabinet door), electric tea kettle, toaster oven, Keurig, refrigerator, hot plate, bar sink, large TV (with over 250 channels), DVD player, and off street parking. Nothing high-end here (except the mattress) but very comfy, clean, and private. Also the bathroom has it's own on-demand water heater (not shared).

Great place to see and explore the avenue of the giants and eel river. House has 1 primary bedroom with a big comfy bed and one secondary bedroom with a slightly smaller and less comfortable bed. Great living room space with awesome wood decor and super comfy blankets to relax with after a long day hiking. Would recommend.

Our second time staying. The place is big, open, new and clean. The beds were very comfortable and linens were clean. Safe and quiet neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants. Very easy to find. Bring your own hygiene supplies and any bakeware you think you’ll need. One thing to note is that the living room only has one couch and it might fit 3 adults comfortably. Living room definitely needs more seating. Other than that, a great place to stay! We would definitely book again.

This is probably the most cleanest Airbnb I have stayed in a while. Flor is a very responsive host, she responded on time to all our queries. The place is located in between Humboldt Redwood State Park and Redwood National Park, so commute is not an issue. It is fairly close to Safeway and Starbucks. Can’t wait to revisit again :)

I thought this place was BETTER than the photos. The pictures don't really do it justice. The neighborhood and landscape was beautiful and quiet. The back yard looked over the river with grand hills, great view! The hot tube was very clean & new, room for 4 adults, maybe more. And it wasn't full of chlorine, maybe salt water? Beach towels provided. The kitchen was spacious with 2 sinks and organized. A lemon tree out back. Neighbor guy was very nice. Wood burning fire place & wood was provided. Salt/pepper and other common spices available. Kerig. Nice new washer/dryer. Some basic board games. We enjoyed Redwood Forest - Fern Canyon (1 hour away), Victorian town of Ferndale - shop, eat, hike at Russ Park, cemetery, ocean beach coast (20 min away), Humbolt State Park - Avenue of Giants (30 min away), Eureka - Chocolate Factory, Carlson mansion & good for groceries and shopping (30 min away). There did not seem to be much for grocery shopping or restaurants in Rio Dell. Loved it!
