The house, which is located on my property, offers total independence with a separate parking space and entrance. Lake and mountain activities, water sports center 200 meters away, hiking, canyoning, fishing, close to ski resorts, 20 minutes from Evian and 25 km from Geneva.

We had a wonderful stay! The garden is huge and beautifully maintained - ideal for relaxing and playing for children. The private access to the lake was an absolute highlight and made our vacation perfect. The house is a bit older in terms of the interior, but very charming and it did not bother us at all. For large groups, it would have been nice to have a way to eat together outdoors, but that did not detract from our experience. Carol and Gabriel were great hosts – very friendly, helpful and always quickly reachable. We will be happy to come back.

We just spent 5 days in Yohann's house. Everything was true to the description. The house was perfect for hosting 4 couples. It offers all the comforts and is located close to beautiful cities such as Yvoire or Evian. We were also able to go on great hikes with views of Lake Geneva. Yohann is a very responsive host who always responded quickly to our questions.
