We had a fantastic month at this cozy home in Scicli. Our stay was a perfect combination of vacation and remote work for two freelancers. The apartment was exactly as described, and although there are a few stairs to reach it, it was not a problem for us. Inside, we found all the necessary comforts and accessories, and even more. The kitchen was particularly well equipped, which made our home dinners more enjoyable. The internet connection, as we imagined because of the location, is not suitable for continuous use for work, but this did not ruin our overall experience at all. Ludovica and her husband, our hosts, were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the stay. Communicating with them was easy and enjoyable. We are grateful for the positive experience and will definitely be back in the future. Thank you.

This was one of the best places we have stayed in ! So much thought in the design and detail included. Eveline and her family have created a serene and come away from home. We will book for long next time.

We traveled a lot and stayed in many places, but this appartment and host is next level. It's a small beach side house, secluded from the beach, behind wonderful trees. + It's better equipped than even most hotels + Super friendly and supportive host + Dishwasher :-) + Wonderful family friendly and quiet beach The fly-byes of Flamingos every evening was almost too much - we would have not believed it if we wouldn't have experienced it by ourselves.

For our taste, the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever been to! Beautiful and tastefully furnished house with garden, where we – sitting on the terrace or lying in the hammock – spent a lot of time. You live in the middle of the countryside surrounded by great scenery, countless chirping birds, dogs, cats and chickens (which we fed every day). The beach is 10 minutes away by car, the surrounding towns (Scicli, Modica, Ragusa) are also only between 10 and 30 minutes away and all of them are really worth a visit. Charlie was a very dear, likeable host who provided us with many good tips and was also very accommodating. We stayed with him for almost two weeks and would have liked to stay longer!

For us it was the perfect place to stay. Charming, well designed apartment with unbelievable views of Modica. The terrace was ideal to have a glass of wine in a quiet area overlooking the city. You will encounter more cats that people here, still, it only takes few minutes taking the stairs to be in the very center of the town. If we are lucky to come back, we will try to stay here again.

Rosalind's place is very nice and comfortable, perfect for two people. The apartment was clean, as pictured and in a great location to explore the beautiful Scicli on foot. You can park near the apartment, which is located on a charming street with the steps, in addition, with a 10-minute drive you can reach the beaches nearby, all very nice. We had a great time!

Stunning apartment and location in an absolutely lovely town. The terrace offers amazing views to the surrounding hills and the apartment had everything you will need for a great time away. Great restaurants and cafe’s are within only a couple of 100m of the apartment (special mention for La Grotto) means it is a great place to spend of few days or use it as a base for exploring the local area too. The only warning would be the apartment is set on the hillside, as so many homes are Scicli, but it does mean that there is a significant climb for someone with a mobility issue or be aware if you have very heavy luggage!

Great place and hosts

What a fabulous location for exploring Ortigia, we loved the apartment and definitely recommend! Very spacious, well equipped property with everything needed (including air conditioning units in each room, shutters on each window, washing machine and drying racks both inside and out, plenty of towels, comfy beds etc). We mainly walked everywhere from the apartment, choosing not to hire a car, although parking is available. Easy check in met by the host at an agreed time. Huge list of eatery recommendations shared by the hosts which we enjoyed a few of (including superb gelateria!). The local market with super selection of fruit, veg, cheese etc was just a couple of minutes walk away, ultra convenient! We also took a boat trip from a provider that we could see from the apartment.

Very lovely place in historic old town of Modica. Only 50m and 2 bents away from the main street. Therefore quiet, but very central. Equipped with everthing needed. Spacious. 3 balconies (2 small) one, so you can choose breakfast in the sun or the big terrace in the evening. Two bedrooms: master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed. Second bedroom with two more simple beds. Towels and bed clothes sufficiently available. Parking in the main street closeby (paid 6 Eur/day ) - about 300m away free street parking. A bit busy with parking, but managed always to find something. For access with luggage requires parking in the main street, about 50 m walk - about 10 m in height difference. The little effort is it worth - definitely. Kind host provided very useful information - precise how to arrive/access, nice restaurants and sight-seeing info. Modica is very central to reach several historical spots and the sea. Rudia is an excellent host, we had a perfect stay.

Salvatore is a great host in his apartment is in a wonderful location, walking distance to everything. His recommendations for pizza, restaurants and a granita are perfect. The view from the balcony is wonderful, it is protected from the sun and the rain so perfect on a hot day or a rainy day. The bed is comfortable and the apartment is a nice studio. The parking garage on the other end of the island is only 15 minutes away so this whole area is a cute concentrated and small beauty. Because you are in the middle of it all so it might be a bit loud, especially on weekends nights until the time the places serving alcohol close. Nothing earplugs and a white noise app can’t fix. I would stay here again absolutely. Thank you Salvatore!!

Eleonora's accommodation is extremely well located with a terrace with breathtaking views of the duomo and the other side of Modica. The accommodation is very spacious, with functional equipment. Bedding is good . The street at the foot of the house is a road from Modica Alta and quite noisy with vehicles, but the room overlooking the back is quiet. We were lucky enough to come during the St. George's festivities. Eléonora kindly lent us her garage during this busy period, but in return the street was often closed to traffic, which was a plus for us. You can walk around Modica easily - a lot of walking but it's one of the charms of the city - supermarket and good restaurant nearby. We'd love to come back to this place

The place was wonderful. You come into the apartment and immediately feel comfortable. Above all, the view is an absolute hit and here can spend a romantic evening with wine and cheese. Even though the roads are a bit narrow for a car and you usually have to look for a parking spot, it's very helpful as the place is very high up. In the evening you like to take a small hike, but especially with suitcases, a car is worth it here. I highly recommend the RAPPA wine bar nearby. We will be back

We had the most fantastic stay - incredible to be overlooking the market. We went everyday and cooked our wares in the lovely kitchen. Apartment is beautifully designed and loved the wine cellar - an unexpected bonus. Double glazing is also excellent- the calls of the market are so atmospheric, but when you don’t want to hear them, you can just shut the windows. Great situation in Ortigia. Responsive check in and support during our stay.

Everything about our stay here was wonderful. Francesco is the ultimate host - he has thought of everything to make his guests as comfortable as possible. We were welcomed with beautiful food, wine, a gift, and a plentiful supply of bottled water - very generous. We loved the apartment and made the most of the two beautiful terraces. We loved exploring Noto and the apartment was in a great location for this. This apartment certainly deserves all the positive reviews. If you can't manage stairs, this is not the place for you. But if you can - book it!

Nothing to say, very cozy, well-kept, clean and comfortable apartment. Scicli amazes by its beauty and elegance, shops open even at night...to visit! Very friendly and helpful hosts. Would love to go back!

I had a great stay at this apartment! It was very clean, comfortable, and just like the photos. The owner was easy to reach and always helpful. The only small downside for me was the bed—it was a bit too soft for my preference. Of course, that’s a matter of personal taste and what you’re used to, so others might find it perfectly comfortable. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place and would stay here again without hesitation!

We had a wonderful stay in Claudio’s beautiful and elegant place. The location was perfect for exploring Noto. Claudio himself provided lots of excellent information (Ristorante Manna a real highlight) and was always extremely responsive. We very much hope to be able to stay again.

They say perfect is impossible. Here Maria, the host, has achieved the impossible. The Airbnb is absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful as well, we had a great time relaxing and looking out at the boats. Maria was incredibly hospitable, with a flexible check in and also providing information on the area. Thank you for the wonderful and unforgettable stay!

The apartment is very spacious, with three bedrooms, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The absolute highlight is the spacious outdoor terrace with another kitchen, barbecue, outdoor shower and even a separate toilet. In addition, there is a second terrace at the entrance area, perfect to enjoy the sunset – which was particularly pleasant this time of year as it was not too hot. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Stefania welcomed us very warmly, was always available and always friendly and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and welcome at her place. We have taken many excursions and love to take long walks by the sea – we can especially recommend Donnalucata. Also the cities of Syracuse, Modica and Ragusa Ibla impressed us with their beauty and atmosphere. We sincerely thank Stefania♥️!

Perfect Spot Close to the Beach and Town We had a lovely stay in Marina di Ragusa! The location is ideal — just a few steps from the beach, and everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, the marina, shops, and the town center. The apartment is well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our little one. It’s compact but very practical and cozy. Just a heads-up: the apartment is located right by the main promenade, so the area can be lively, especially in the evenings. If you enjoy being in the heart of the action, it’s perfect! We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it for a fun and convenient beach holiday.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and it didn't disappoint. The apartment is truly beautiful, just like the pictures but even better. great location to explore Ragusa and the east coast. we travelled everyday to somewhere new. absolutely loved our stay, it had everything you would need. would definitely recommend!!

Rosa could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. Very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any queries we had. We haven't given 5 stars for the location only because there is a redevelopment of the promenade at the moment in front of the apartment which is not active at the moment, but will take time to complete. It did not disturb us at all but not the best immediate view. Only 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of Ortiga more than compensates for that temporary aspect.
