Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Schwyz

Our family needed some rest and relaxation in nature with hiking trails right outside our door step. We got exactly that! What a beautiful cabin situated in the middle of the mountains at 1000m. The village of Isenthal was so picturesque. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and wished it could have been longer. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with recommendations of local restaurants, hikes, and places to go. The home was outside of town with spectacular views, peaceful evenings and lots of room to roam. Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved staying at Jacqueline's ! The property was beautiful with breathtaking surroundings.The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and much more . Kitchen and bathroom were very clean . Felt right at home . In addition ,Jacqueline was incredibly responsive and accomodating.Definitely be back to this place on our next trip to switzerland. We had two great weeks at "Trückli". The location is ingenious, very quiet with beautiful views over the lake, only 30m to the water entry and with many opportunities for hiking and biking. Corina is a likeable and very attentive host and is very quick to respond to questions and concerns.

If you’re looking for a place to stay that is private and peaceful but easy to access hotspots and hiking, look no further! 10/10 would recommend!!

Sonja and Marcel‘s place is from your Swiss dreams. The cosiest Airbnb we have ever been to. Our stay was blessed with great weather and 0 tourists so we had the best one week of our lives. Moreover, Sonja and Marcel have designed a beautiful Airbnb with plenty of space both in and outside. Perfect for a family with pets. The drive to the place is fun as well. Highly recommended. We would surely come back if we can

We absolutely loved our stay at Martin’s gorgeous place. It felt like a home away from home. It was very well stocked, clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed, and plenty of space for all six of us to comfortably socialise. Would also really recommend heading to the Lido to swim in the lake.

Martin welcomed us in a very friendly way and explained everything to us in detail. Also gave tips for excursions in the area. The apartment was as shown in the photos and as described. The little one also found the area around the house great for snowball fights, romping around or just playing in the snow. We lacked nothing! Everything we needed was available and the lockable garage was also a plus. Thank you for the wonderful week we were able to spend with you.

It was the best aparment for upto 5 people. For us Cleaning kithchen was big task to do on Holidays. It ws first time to use AIR BNB. I will reconsider taking airbnb next time as lot of energy needed to do cleaning after coming home and making food. However the place was very nice to stay.

Kind and helpful hostess. Chalé Suiço located in a place, bucolic and beautiful place. From the balcony you can see snowy peaks bypassing a beautiful lake. You need to be in a car. There are many animals on the property. Tìpica Alpina landscape. I will miss the place.

AMAZING stay. Bernhardt was attentive and helpful when needed, and also left us to enjoy the stay. I appreciate his recommendations for a car repair and restaurant to help us after a long drive and getting in late. The deck immediately on the lake is the highlight - heated pool, outdoor dining, outdoor shower, sun loungers and steps directly into the lake. Paddle boards were available. The private driveway cannot be taken for granted, this place gives privacy and a quick drive to town. You can enjoy the amenities and views of the area without leaving home if you like! Or, get out for an amazing adventure. Entertaining bird watching! This place is highly recommended and we look forward to coming back.

Heidi is a GREAT HOST! Our stay at her accommodation was great. She is warm, friendly and genuinely interested in her guests. Heidi gave us valuable tips about the area, even though I knew the area already well. We had nice conversations when we ran into each other around the house, but she also totally respected our privacy. The lower house was exceptionally clean, the kitchen was well equipped to prepare simple but good meals. The garden offered several seating areas, but we always chose the beautiful view of the mountains. Heidi was very attentive, like when she put an extra umbrella on the terrace on a hot day to keep it comfortable. She also sometimes surprised us with fresh figs and we were allowed to use herbs from her garden. The location is perfect: quiet, yet centrally located. Directly behind the house start beautiful hiking trails through the mountain meadows. We had a memorable time and will definitely be back. Absolutely recommended!!

We immediately felt comfortable in the villa, after the wow effect when entering. The contact with the host was also sympathetic and accommodating. Despite bad weather, you could use the pool and hot tub. The gym is superbly equipped - we were busy ^^ also a big shout out to the cleaners, everything was sparkling clean and the bedrooms were very nicely prepared.

The cottage was beautiful! Ideal for the skiers who want to ski directly from home. House was very clean! Esther was very helpful and you can definitely count on her!

We were warmly welcomed! Place was very neat and clean. We received a lot of travel tips. It was still a little too fresh for the natural pool (for our taste) but it looked great! Certainly very refreshing in the height of summer! In heavy weather, Simon even drove us to the city and my girlfriend and I were able to stay dry in the bars! Really very friendly and accommodating! Not a given! On the whole, this accommodation has uncomplicated hosts, a super friendly family, which also offers its guests enough privacy and a magnificent kitchen (used daily). Superb view. Great location. Easy public transportation to Zurich and all of central Switzerland. Convenient parking. Patrick, as host, is gracious, responsive, and very helpful with activity suggestions.

What a wonderful house and stay! It looked just like out of a dream - amazing surroundings with green hills full of flowers in the lovely Aargau countryside. The house is huge, peaceful, quiet, modern and spotless. Peki is also so friendly and helpful! Absolutely loved it and will be back for a longer stay!

Hosts are very helpful understanding and kind. You can ask anything with them. Maggie showed me the house and she is warm-hearted. Rainer is interesting and responsible. And the guests was all Americans, they invited me to play games, which is very fun and they were very nice and friendly. I recommend those want to make friends or travel pals to try this. And it is so worth it. Love you guys!

This is an Airbnb that will be difficult to beat! The hosts are very helpful and responsive, we really enjoyed spending time with them. The home and the landscaping is so beautiful with so much care. Then there's the incredible view!!! The space is perfect, the view is gorgeous, and the breakfast was delicious! We hope to be back soon!
