Markus's chalet was incredibly well kept. Absolutely pristine and organized to a T with full instructions on how to operate everything within the chalet. He was an accommodating host that was responsive and detailed which made our trip very peaceful. I would recommend anyone from couples to small families to make a reservation here. Just please be mindful of how clean and organized his place is so you can return it the way you found it. One of the most ideal Airbnb visits I have ever had the pleasure of staying at!

We wanted to spend the weekend away from everything to enjoy nature and this place was perfect for doing just that. Everything was wonderful. We felt right at home. The views of the valley and mountains are beautiful. The chalet was very clean. We cooked our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Even our dogs loved it. All you will hear are the sounds of birds and cow bells. There are hiking trails that you can start right from the chalet. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back!

Great experience. We’re from Texas. The place has amazing views and we use it as a hub to go to different countries nearby via driving and then train to Milan. And It has almost all the best Switzerland can offer you too - the mountains, lake and villages.. all great.

Ein wunderschönes Chalet inmitten der Natur – ideal zum Abschalten und Entspannen. Der Garten ist liebevoll gepflegt und bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht. Perfekt, um die Ruhe fernab vom Alltag zu genießen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

It was our third stay in Fabienns holiday house. We came back here because the house is gorgeous, equipped with everything you need, feels like a home away from home. It has every comfort you need, tastefully decorated and it is vers clean. The area is awesomely beautiful. It starts with the view out the window and from the balcony. We had our breakfast on the balcony each morning. We went hiking almost every day. Just pack a bag and walk out of the house and you can make great trips. Especially the walk up to the Talalpsee was our absolute favorite. We're definately coming back a fourth time!!

Wir wurden äusserst herzlich empfangen und während des gesamten Aufenthaltes freundlich und zuvorkommend betreut. Wir erhielten gute Ausflugtipps. Das Chalet, hat einen tollen Charm und bietet eine wahnsinns Aussicht auf den wunderschönen Brienzersee. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt, mit unserer 15Monate alten Tochter sehr genossen.

Dieses Chalet ist wirklich ein kleines Paradies! Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir begeistert von dem traumhaft schönen Ausblick – einfach atemberaubend. Das Häuschen selbst ist perfekt eingerichtet, es fehlt an absolut nichts. Man spürt in jedem Detail die Liebe und Sorgfalt, mit der es ausgestattet wurde. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Meiy und Peter – zwei unglaublich freundliche, herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt und konnten einfach nur geniessen. Der Aufenthalt hat uns unglaublich gut getan und war genau die Auszeit, die wir gebraucht haben. We had a very pleasant stay at this home. The house was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Everything we needed was available, which made our stay easy and enjoyable. Our host was kind and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was also convenient and peaceful, making it a great place to relax. Das grosszügige, modern eingerichtete Haus befindet sich an einer traumhaft schönen Lage, einzigartig schöne Aussicht, wir waren mit unseren Familien dort (8 Erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder), sehr gute Ausstattung der Bäder, Küche, Zimmer und auch sehr gut eingerichtet für Kinder, wunderschöner Garten, viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten für eindrückliche Wanderungen, sehr gute öV-Erschliessung an den Walensee oder nach Amden, Haltestelle gut 5 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt, Parkplätze direkt am Chalet. Die Kommunikation mit Tom und Kim war sehr gut und hilfsbereit. Für uns war es perfekt, vielen Dank an Tom.

We booked a two-night stay at Markus place in August 2024. It is a cozy chalet in a charming Swiss village with a handful of houses. The place was clean, comfortable, with a mix of beautiful traditional woodwork and modern kitchen and bathroom at the same time. The village is very quiet so you are also expected to respect the locals and not get too loud. We had 3 kids with us and that was not a problem for us. Although there are no stores or restaurants within the village itself, we found it very conveniently located, we were able to easily reach nearby towns to explore mountains, lakes or go out for dinner. Everything was under 30 min away and we managed to explore lots during our short stay. Overall highly recommend as a base for exploring the area if you love peace, quiet and falling asleep with cow bells. 🇨🇭🧀🐄

Ideal für ein entspanntes ruhiges Wochenende weit weg von Zivilisationslärm. Wanderungen gut möglich vo da aus. sehr schönes Haus und Umgebung. Super mit dem hot tube. 4G emofang mässig, aber besser Natel ausschalten sowieso ;)

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt auf der Axalp ! Das Chalet ist super geräumig, modern und perfekt ausgestattet auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !

Caterina and Stefan were very friendly and forthcoming! Check-in and Check-out felt relaxed and uncomplicated. We loved cooking on the outdoor „Feuerring“🔥, the view 🏔️ and the cows 🐄 surrounding the nicely maintained property.

Great place in a very serene setting. No neighbors, just a few cows with bells a few hundred feet away. only about 500 ft. from the cabin is the Bort station. so going down to the village is very easy. we had to use the fireplace and the wood furnace, it was actually very unique and cool experience. definitely recommend for people who want to be more with nature and further away from the business of the town. there is a nice automatic espresso machine with ability to throth milk, so we made cappuccinos and latte every morning.

Our entire stay at the Airbnb was truly exceptional. The breathtaking views from the property were beyond words, especially at night when we had the opportunity to stargaze. The highlight of our experience was definitely the private apres ski in the wine cellar, the sauna & pool which added a touch of luxury to our stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking to create unforgettable memories with their family and friends. It was an amazing experience that exceeded our expectations. 💝

Maria and Beni’s place was picture perfect. Pictures don’t do justice to this place. It was 1849 constructed Swiss chalet. Maria and Beni personally came to greet us :) They also gave a lot of local recommendation. We loved the stay and the place. The place is just by the lake in Iseltwald. Will definitely come back in future.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Doodles Chalet empfangen, die Aussicht aus der oberen Wohnung ist sehr schön und sie war ausreichend eingerichtet - zum kochen hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und auch zu 10 hatten wir genug Platz für ein gemeinsames Essen am Tisch. Wichtig zu erwähnen finden wir dass man nicht wie beschrieben die komplette Unterkunft für sich hat (Besitzer bewohnt das EG) , sondern dass diese in 2 separate Wohnungen (eine im UG eine im OG) aufgeteilt ist. Diese sind mit einem gemeinsamen Treppenhaus verbunden. Eines der Doppelbetten ist nur über eine recht steile Leiter zu erreichen, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Der Pool war leider nicht wie beschrieben ganzjährig benutzbar und der Fitnessraum nicht zugänglich. Zum Leid der mitgereisten Teenager haben die Fernseher nicht funktioniert. Parkmöglichkeiten hatten wir ausreichend direkt an der Unterkunft.

sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sie ist schön eingerichtet. Bequeme Matratze. Super Lage, direkt neben der Gondelbahn. Wir hatten vier tolle Tage.

Petit havre de paix, très bien équipé, avec notamment de nombreux jeux d'extérieur pour les enfants. simplement ressourçant !
