Well-kept apartment in a quiet elevated location

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

Loft in Longen in the vineyard

The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated vineyard, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Moselle. Art, culture and good food are just around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feeling." The bathroom is new, the kitchen is well equipped and there is good wine across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, due to the open stairs, it is rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo Cafissimo coffee maker is also available.

Central and yet surrounded by nature.

Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

Enjoy wonderful holidays in our chic penthouse apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people. You can expect 2 separate bedrooms as well as 2 modernly designed bathrooms with showers and a bathtub, a modern, fully equipped kitchen-living room with large dining table and living room with cozy sofa bed and 65" LED TV incl. Netflix and TV streaming. The highlight: the spacious balcony facing south with comfortable lounge furniture and vineyard views!

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You will love the loft because of the outdoor space, the garden, the fireplace inside for coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. On the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, below a sofa bed. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and Eifel fans. Old meets New is the motto: Old beams sometimes crack, the rain pours on the roof= pros and cons?

Of course, free Wi-Fi is included. Sleep on a 140 cm box spring bed and a super cozy 130 cm sofa bed. The private bathroom with underfloor heating is located door to door to the living area. My apartment and another room are separated by a hallway.

Small cozy studio apartment with foldaway bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), sofa bed, 50" TV and fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave. Also suitable for multi-day stays, as spices, oil, pots and pans are available for self-catering. Bathroom with walk-in shower and rain shower. Basement, belonging to the apartment, free use of washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and Wi-Fi.

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
