Stan is an amazing host and was so courteous that he cleaned up the drive way when it snowed like crazy. He was extremely warm and nice to our daughter and it was great experience. We enjoyed the house and hospitality.

A Hidden Gem for the Perfect Long Weekend! This place is absolutely stunning—so peaceful, private, and exactly what we needed for a long weekend getaway. One of my favorite things was how secluded it felt. It truly gave us that “escape from the world” vibe. We had the best time paddle boarding on the pond, soaking up the sun, and even getting in some friendly pickleball matches. The space is beautifully maintained, with everything you need for a relaxing and fun stay. Perfect for families. One tip: don’t forget the bug spray! We didn’t pack any and ended up being a feast for the mosquitos. But honestly, even that couldn’t take away from how magical this spot is. Can’t wait to come back!

I had a wonderful stay at Brooke’s Airbnb! From start to finish, she was amazing—always communicating clearly and promptly, which made everything super easy and stress-free. The house itself was so cozy and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after a long day. You can really tell she puts care into making sure guests feel at home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay and would return again. Very comfortable and cozy home and the outdoors was truly what we expected. We liked the projector which didn’t take away from the environment outdoors. The highlight was the sauna which we truly appreciated. Everything was close by especially farmers markets. Any my grandson had games and toys to play with and create memories.

We had a wonderful stay. Went to hunter mountain to go ski with a family trip. House was as described. Everything was great.

Camp Breen was everything we expected! The home was immaculate, and the surroundings were beautiful. Our host, Lisa, was always available for any questions we had. I highly recommend!

Noah’s place was very comfortable and we enjoyed our weekend during a snow storm. We loved both fireplace, specially the wood stove which kept the entire house in 70s throughout the freezing weekend. He had plenty of wood for the fireplace and also arranged the driveway to be plowed after the storm. There are some small stores and gas stations with in 10-15 min drive from home but bigger towns are about 30 min drive. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

Impeccable lodging, comfortable,warm and inviting with many amenities that most ARBB don’t offer. Excellent host, a beautiful, quiet place to stay!

We had a great stay at Jack’s cabin! It was beautiful and cozy, and the perfect getaway for our little writer’s retreat. Jack’s instructions were very clear and helpful, and the lack of WiFi was not a hindrance for our needs since the cell service was fairly good. Everything was clean and tidy, and the kitchen was stocked with the basics. When I had questions about the garbage situation (its carry out, so be prepared if you are renting a car etc) Jack was quick to answer. We so appreciate his generosity in sharing this special place. 10/10 would recommend!

We have stayed at many Airbnbs and by far this is the best. The accommodation is outstanding and extremely clean. The house was rebuilt within the last year with all new appliances. The lake was frozen but the view was spectacular. Have never experienced a host that is so responsive, had a minor issue and within minutes someone showed up and addressed the issue. My family and I are skiers and this location will be our yearly destination. I certainly endorse this property and highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay with a few days of skiing and hot tub sunsets. We came up for a small family trip with my wife and our two children and we had friends from the Poconos meet us up and my sister came down from Albany the area with my niece and nephew for the last evening to share some pizza from Windham Pizza. The hosts were very accommodating and I cannot recommend this property enough. Less than 15 minutes to the slopes made our ski trip super accessible. The house had the bedroom and bathroom count we wanted. The kitchen was perfect for our use, the dining table large enough for our group. The outdoor space was absolutely lovely. Beds are comfortable. The decor is unique and fun. The location was very convenient to my sons wedding venue.

From the second we arrived we knew this would be a wonderful experience, we weren’t wrong. The house and landscaping are meticulously cared for and clean is an understatement. The views are gorgeous, and overall vibe is quintessential Catskill rustic with an incredible unobstructed view of the mountain range, we loved it, we will definitely return again! Also, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal. We thoroughly enjoyed a campfire at the pond watching the fish jump and spotting the Koi that are huge! It was peaceful, quiet, and just what we needed to get away from our hectic lives. I enjoyed reading a book on the porch and listening to nothing!! The nearby town has a grocery store and everything you need a short drive away. We took a drive around the area and loved looking at the farms with the cows and sheep, we even heard a rooster crowing in the distance. I”d give 10 stars if I could.

Our stay at Eva's place was exactly as expected. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the house was conveniently located for skiing & visits to Windham town.

This was one of the nicest AirBnb's I've stayed in. The house is beautiful and beautifully decorated. It's situated in a gorgeous part of the Catskills. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

This home was immaculate. Brand new. All was just as the homeowner had described. The beds/mattresses were all extremely comfortable as was the bedding! The grounds are breathtaking.. apple orchards all around!! I was in awe! I’d love come back in the fall-apple picking season! There was also a pond.. and deer grazing on the grounds. I wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you Mark!!!

This was a delightful experience. Private & serene location with lots of wildlife each day to experience right on the bucolic property. The house is stocked with everything necessary to cook and the space is perfect for comfortable dining indoors and out. No detail missed. We used the “four ingredient” cookbook that was one of several cookbooks available to come up with side dishes and salads that remarkably only needed four ingredients to be delicious! 🤩 The house is beautiful. The wide plank pine floors and incredible banister post were worth the stay! We love old houses. We appreciate the details that went into creating that home and felt blessed to be able to share the experience that was so clearly created with love! So many little details, nothing was missing. Great quality soaps. Ample pantry items. Ample necessities like toilet paper and towels. Coffee. This is even more appreciated when one is a bit more remote and in an unfamiliar location.
